Hotel is located opposite 黄厝沙滩. You can walk there just take 2-3 mins. Hotel staffs are very eager to help foreigner and they have service mind. Thank u for helping me out with the projection screen. There is cafe downstair. Hotel is even upgrade my room to the room that can see sea and even bigger without any charges! Moreover, they prepare an afternoon tea for me but i am in hurry so did not have a chance to try. Thanks ! I have a pleasant stay here. Definitely recommend our friends to come here next time.

¡Muy recomendable! El joven de la recepción estaba muy entusiasmado. Hizo arreglos para que alguien lo llevara a la habitación en medio de la noche para la cena. Después de registrarse por unos minutos, ayudó a mejorar la habitación con vista al mar. ¡Había una hermosa Liao en la recepción que también envió un refrigerio cuidadosamente preparado! 👍

If you know how to take good pictures, this place will look lovely. ;) And if you’re only there at night, the small flaws won’t be too noticeable.
However, overall, I was disappointed with the condition of the hotel and the room. I don’t think it’s worth 500+ even during the holiday season. The room wasn’t well-maintained, and the towels and corridor carpets were in poor condition.
That said, the lady at the reception was nice—I have no complaints about the staff.

Yo mismo leí y trabajé en Xiamen durante 13 años, dejé Xiamen durante 13 años, enseñé a los niños en estos años, traje a los niños a la investigación en todo el país. 12-17 ha establecido Xiamen. La jefa del hotel reservado una semana antes, Xiao Yu, me ha contactado. Estoy muy entusiasta de ayudarme a reservar un coche de acogida, Y me dije en detalle la situación en la puerta de la puerta, el primer día de mi estancia, porque a la pared, me moví varias veces para cambiar la idea del hotel, al final fue porque Xiao Yu y otros empleados prestaban un servicio entusiasta, el amor a los niños, y me dejó de lado esa idea. ¡Es raro, muy recomendable que yo haya ido a tantas ciudades como yo, y que haya llevado tantos niños en el extranjero para sentir sinceridad y calor en el extranjero!

El hotel es muy agradable, un poco “bajo” en comparación con los otros que nos quedamos en, pero todavía muy bien mantenido y limpio. La habitación era grande y espaciosa, el baño era increíble (tenemos el cuarto con baño). La piscina fue una sorpresa (somos de Europa), ya que se cierra durante unas pocas horas y tuvimos que usar una capa de baño. Para las damas también les insto a que pongan un solo pedazo - tenía dos pedazos y era bastante incómodo ya que todas las demás mujeres estaban cubiertas (camisas de manga larga y pantalones). ¡Pero en general creo que es una gran opción si busca algo cerca de la playa, para ir a la noche caminando por la costa.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering personalized recommendations and prompt assistance whenever needed. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed with modern amenities that made my stay incredibly relaxing.
The hotel’s location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The staff also kindly gave me breakfast coupons. The breakfast was delicious and vairous. They change the menu everyday and provide the specialties of Xiamen.
Overall, my experience was nothing short of outstanding, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Xiamen. Highly recommend!!!

Muchas gracias por el cálido servicio de Sherry❤️Nos ayudó a ascender a una suite cuando nos registramos. Escribió cuidadosamente recordatorios de comidas para cada período en la tarjeta. El conserje nos ayudó a cargar nuestro equipaje y nos llevó a la habitación. Vistas despejadas al mar y a la ciudad. La habitación era espaciosa y la ropa de cama era cómoda, y también hay un minibar gratuito.
No pude levantarme para desayunar, pero mi amigo me llevó de regreso a la habitación y dijo que el personal también me ayudó a empacar leche y otros alimentos.
La experiencia del salón en el piso 22 también es buena. Tiene vista al mar en el piso superior. Hay té por la tarde y refrescos disponibles hasta las nueve de la noche.

UUsuario anónimoCheck in time supposed to be 3pm and I requested the room not to be near the lift or the last room. But by 3pm, the room is not ready although I had register the check in at 1pm. By 3.20pm, the got me a room that is right beside the lift (ignore my request which I had reminded them twice).
Order for room service and told the front desk to clear it out around 6pm when I went out. But the dirty plates and leftover food is still there when I return to the room around 11pm
Staff at the front desk is not attentive and the staff said will get the manager to contact me regarding the missing food for the room service but there’s no one contact me since 30 October
Location wise is good, room is clean but service wise nah

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

UUsuario invitadoThe staff was really nice, they provide a fan and mosquito repellent incense, because the AC in the room was very bad, it was so hot, and has lots of mosquitos. The carpet in the hallway was so thick that I almost couldn’t carry my suitcase. And the room and hallways wasn’t very clean. It was the cheapest room so I guess is what you get… the people were really nice though!

Ambiente y servicio: siempre me gusta alojarme en los hoteles de Huazhu. No hace falta decir que la recepción siempre responde a todas las solicitudes.

Sin embargo, siento que la habitación es pequeña, no hay 28 metros cúbicos en la plataforma, hasta 20 metros cúbicos. El personal de servicio de la recepción no está entusiasmado, hay una clara diferencia con el hotel que había estado en el pasado, pero el servicio de la recepción es bueno en ese día.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel location is very good. The shopping mall is just opposite the hotel and the train stn is just beside.
Their staffs were very responsive and helpful. Especially one of the front desk staff, Cameron. He doesn’t have a friendly face but he was very attentive to details and try his best to go the extra miles to make sure our stay is comfortable. 👍

UUsuario invitadoReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
