A wonderful stay for 2 nights. The location, staff and facilities are amazing. The service and friendliness of everyone made our experience extra special. A special mention to the gym and swimming pool staff who were ever so friendly every time we visited. Also Wendy on reception was wonderful and really helpful and accommodating. A would highly recommend this hotel, great location, staff and multiple restaurants on site.

At the reception area, the staff were extremely courteous and accommodating, and the other staff we encountered were always friendly as well. Our stay at this hotel was for just one night, as a layover and it had bad weather from the typhoon, but despite this, we had a wonderful and luxurious stay. We absolutely loved the room! The bathroom was my dream! The hotel boasts a stunning location, with amazing views. The amenities provided by the hotel were top-notch, including a gorgeous outdoor pool, a sauna, and a steam room. Additionally, there is a shopping center located right outside the hotel, which features popular establishments such as Starbucks and KFC. The airport is approximately 20 minutes away and we paid 40 yuan via the Didi app. I also want to mention that we enjoyed the food at the hotel. We had an early dinner and breakfast, and it was fantastic! Can't wait to go back!

Stayed at Conrad Xiamen for 3 nights. The room is superb, spacious, clean and cosy. What impressed me was their service as well— with turn down service for the room and delightful desserts every night (which I really look forward to this little surprises for the three nights) which really sweeten the nights. Having stayed at 42nd floor, the view was amazing. Had really comfortable sleep throughout the stay. Had tried the indoor swimming pool too. - 🙏👏👏👏 The service staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. Special thanks to the service crew Ms Shaheen Zhu and Mr Owen. They made the check in and check out process smooth and seamless. In fact, all the service crew were very friendly. I will really really want to stay in this hotel again. 😍😍😍 Thank you Conrad for the hospitality. May happiness be with everyone of you.

Everything about my stay at the hotel was great. I had a late arrival, so its proximity to airport was the main reason i choose it. I walked to the hotel +- 500meter and arrived there at midnight. Reception was still available, although they had a selfcheckin service (my backup plan in case my flight got delayed). I got my key within minutes (thank you) and was greeted by a big spacious clean comfortable Mondriaan themed room. Shower was great, bed was super. Although close to airport, not a sound. I had to leave early so i couldb try breakfast. Checkout was done by Carl. Very polite professional young man who not only did the checkout, but also was helpfull in explaining the best way to get to the trainstation. He even arranged a taxi, and stayed with me until it arrived to tell the driver were to bring me. During the few minutes wait i was offered drink (iced tea) and a parting gift (box of almond pastries. My stay was short but very pleasant. The hotel is full of art pieces, a cute usher robot us driving around, staff is professional... i know where to stay. Thanks again Carl (pic just before checkout)

the staff, location and the room is beyond perfect. i was well rested everyday on the very comfy bed and spacious gym that is well equipped. easy to get taxis or didi to and from airport. the next time i come back to xiamen, i will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Antes de llegar al gerente del vestíbulo del hotel, Chen Xuanfeng, Xiao Wang se puso en contacto con él. Cuando fuimos a desayunar por la mañana, la habitación debería estar llena, lo que provocó que el personal fuera insuficiente y no pudiera mantenerse al día con el servicio. Pero Xiao Yan en el restaurante tiene muy buen servicio y es muy atenta. La hermana mayor, Su Fangchun, en el puesto de fideos es muy paciente. Un grupo de personas quería fideos y ella misma preparó más de diez tazones de fideos sin ningún rastro. Impaciencia. No pude soportarlo. Vivir para pedir el reconocimiento del nombre. La vista al mar del hotel es realmente buena y las instalaciones están bien mantenidas. Me he alojado en varios Hualux y este Hualux tiene un buen desayuno. El equipo de recepción, especialmente Ruby, es el mejor gerente que he visto.

Al final, elegí el hotel Westin de 5 estrellas con buenas críticas. La tarifa a Bashi, la calle peatonal Zhongshan Road, el jardín botánico y la librería cuestan más de 20 yuanes, y había muchos autobuses. El niño tenía fiebre y fue al Hospital Zhongshan afiliado a la Universidad de Xiamen. Está a 2,8 kilómetros en coche. Puedes pedir comida para llevar en una tienda muy auténtica. It was the best hotel in Xiamen, beautiful deco and elegant architecture, fabulous wellness centre. Staffs are very nice and helpful, top notch hospitality service from the team. Room is incredibly stunning, beautiful wooden floor matching with the blue couch, super comfortable beds, elegant marble bathroom with premium amenities. My favorite will be the Peacock Alley Lounge, wonderful ambient and design, hightea is heavenly taste. Breakfast is great and quality with lots of options. I would definitely come back to WAXM.
