X Future Hotel Xiamen

The hotel has its reputation for being futuristic hotel, but overall my stay was not so great. Will definitely not return to this hotel. Pro: all the futuristic elements, robot service. It is good for kids to experience. That is pretty much all for the pros. Con: first check in, we asked to see if we can upgrade to family style room ( we didn’t mind paying), we did not get the response from front desk. We asked to borrow an umbrella, and I had to put 50 Rmb deposit for an umbrella. Xiamen rains a lot, hotel should expect that. It is really ridiculous to ask hotel guest for deposit. The bedsheet was not cleaned, we spotted same stain on consecutive days. Also bedsheet and blanket quality is very cheap, we could see a lot of white fabrics flying all over the floor. The hotel is nicely designed, but they did so poor on noise. We could clearly hear people talking on the hallway. And we stayed on the 8th floor, yet we could still hear street noise. There was very limited food selection, most of the food tasted bad. Lastly I asked for shaver, the front desk said they were still trying to order those. We stayed for 3 nights. And they expected me to believe they could not order something that simple for 3 days when most of the stuff can be ordered on the same day in China?

最近我和家人入住了這家酒店，體驗非常棒！首先，服務真的很到位，特別是小萱，她的熱情和專業讓我們感覺像在家一樣舒適。房間的衞生狀況無可挑剔，設施齊全且充滿科技感，智能控制的房間讓孩子們興奮不已。酒店的位置也極佳，離海邊只有5-10分鐘的步行距離，後門就是曾厝垵沙灘，非常方便。前台的工作人員非常耐心和親切，服務貼心，甚至有外賣機器人，增添了不少樂趣。歡迎水果新鮮美味，早餐豐富多樣，對於帶小孩的家庭來説，性價比非常高。床鋪柔軟舒適，房間寬敞，洗漱用品考慮周到，既有大人的也有小孩的。智能馬桶和智能淋浴系統更是提升了住宿體驗。地理位置優越，出行打車都很方便，附近還有景區可以遊覽。總之，這是一次非常滿意的住宿經歷，強烈推薦給其他家庭遊客！
