«Llegamos al Holiday Inn Express Xi'an Bell Tower. El día 13, mi familia de tres personas (veníamos de Jinan en coche) llegamos a Xi'an pasadas las 8 de la noche. Al hacer la reserva, elegimos directamente una habitación con cama de matrimonio sin fijarnos en que era de solo 1,5 metros, lo que hizo que la cama fuera demasiado pequeña para los tres. En ese momento, la señorita Lulu de recepción, tras escuchar nuestra situación y entender lo que necesitábamos, nos ofreció muy amablemente una mejora gratuita a una habitación familiar para dos noches consecutivas, resolviendo nuestro problema a la perfección. ¡Estamos enormemente agradecidos a Lulu por su excelente ayuda! El hotel está a unos diez minutos andando del Barrio Musulmán; solo hay que salir y usar el paso subterráneo. Además, atracciones como 'Chang'an Twelve Hours' y la 'Gran Ciudad de la Dinastía Tang que Nunca Duerme' se encuentran a unos 7 kilómetros.»
