避雷避雷避雷！！！！
首先，房間的設施什麼的都很不錯，進門會有自動開燈開窗什麼的，全屋智能也做到了八九不離十，阿姨打掃的也很乾凈，但是也確實敗興致。
我們兩個女生出門，20號入住，22號剛出門前台打電話跟我説有個師傅要進我們房間裝一個沙發腿，我説我們不在房間裏，前台説不在沒事，你們知道下就可以了，我不想為難，也就同意了。
晚上11點多回來，放家裡有一股很濃的煙味，煙灰缸裏有一截煙頭，很明顯有人在我們房間裏抽煙了，致電前台告知她告知給我房費減免50，我回復請他明天跟上級領導溝通後回覆我。
第二天，前台仍舊告知我，衹能做到換成雙人麻將套房+減免50房費，我們兩個人出門要麻將房幹什麼？我説我要求退換房間+退一天的房費，同時請經理或者老闆跟我聯繫，前台告知我經理回老家過年了，老闆很忙沒空處理。
好的，那我找平台解決。平台小姐姐很客氣，知曉了這個情況後立馬聯繫到了經理，剛剛不是還聯繫不上嗎？經理説師傅進房間是他全程陪同的，師傅沒有在房間裏抽煙。好傢伙，那就等於還有其他人進過我們房間是吧，那我可就撥打110報警處理了，怎麼走廊監控都是擺設，在你們酒店能讓其他人隨意進出房間的是吧？經理立馬慫了，回覆攜程説看了監控師傅確實是嘴裏叼着煙進房間的，出房間的時候煙不見了，經理沒有注意到這個情況。至此才願意承認煙頭的問題，但是我的要求他們無法滿足，要麼直接搬離酒店+退一天房費，要麼換房間+退50房費。我們選擇火速搬離，本來不大的事情，衹要管理層面態度好一點，積極解決就沒事了，現在的處理讓我們覺得在這個酒店的安全問題都得不到保證，還談什麼其他，果斷長文差評！
