Horrible experience here. Staff was ridiculously uncooperative with patrons. They cancelled our stay without our permission. Unacceptable hotel procedures!! My family is disappointed with this hotel. This hotel Stole 93 dollars from !/me!

Room was decent. Nice stay.

I wish they had done a better job cleaning that place. The carpet in the common area, the room and chair were disgusting and filthy. The elevator always dirty. Guest smoke in the hallway. My room were just across the elevator, the cigarette smoke get into the room, Roaches were crawling in the room; when I informed the front desk employee I want to move to another room, he became irritated. But he gave me another room. The lamp chargers didn't work; the room only had one working outlet, so I had to disconnect the lamps to charge my electronics. One night I phoned the front desk regarding a water leak on the ceiling; he was OK, thank you, and that was it. The second time that happen, the housekeeper were in adjacent room, I told her about the leak, she simply said sometime that happen and gave me two pieces of rags to wipe the floor. The so-called breakfast were coffee, slice bread and instant oatmeal every day. Days Inn is not a hotel; rather, it is an over-priced motel. I blame those internet third-party vendors: Priceline and Kayak and all the others. I blame online third-party providers such as Priceline, Kayak, *******, Tripadvisor, etc., for allowing hotels/motels to collect consumers' money without providing them with any recourse in the event of subpar service. I get very little value for the money. Overall, most the house keepers were friendly.

Please find another place to stay. Room had a moldy bathroom and a terrible smell. I stayed here because they advertise breakfast included, which ended up being a loaf of bread and a bowl of oranges. The elevator smelled like pot do yourself a favor find another place.

The room was very nice, the staff friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for our visit to the Reading WWII Warbird Weekend. However, the website we read said there was breakfast included, coffee, juice, fruit and maybe oatmeal is not breakfast.

The front desk staff is nice but the property is in desperate need of updates. The furniture is tattered and the outlets won't hold a plug. No drain stopper in the sink. Slow Wi-Fi. Carpet was dirty but the bedding looked okay. Not terrible, but not worth $140.

This property is extremely old the The amenities in room and breakfast was substandard. Breakfast items were white or whole wheat toast power bar, coffee, and juice. not at all what I expected for the price that I paid. My wife and I had to go out to breakfast before we continued on our journey

The accommodations were okay, but the greatest. The only thing that was really uncomfortable was the smell of nicotine in the room and other substances in the hotel, when it says is a non smoking room or areas. The smell in the room was unbelievable, it got to my clothing my personal items and even my hair smelled like that. That wasn't as nice as it should be. The bathtub had hair, I had to rinsed it myself and the toilet wasn't working properly.

Visitor beware...we are Wyndham Rewards users and love staying in their hotels. The young lady at the front desk was wonderful, understanding, and professional, but otherwise...I don't recommend this hotel. When we arrived, a man was clearly on ***** sitting in the front loop. Our original room had a broken peep hole, handles falling off the dressers, and a pungent chemical odor. The desk woman was kind and moved us. There were guests banging on doors throughout the night (we are a family with elementary age children so we were clearly in bed before 10 pm but still...it was late). Last, my card was charged $50 more than the actual rate and they could only tell me that it will "drop off" IF there was no damage to the room (when based on the state of the rooms in general they do not maintain the hotel) in about 5 days. I have never been charged extra before at any Days Inn but clearly this is standard there due to the people who frequent it on the regular. I wouldn't recommend.
