Very comfortable stay and good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities as advertised, although due to low season some things were closed, like the pool.

房間帶温泉池，每天回房間泡一泡十分舒適。長者小孩都喜歡。
位置也不錯，出行方便。門口就有免費公交車的車站。
早餐人少的時候是套餐，人多的時候是自助餐。
周邊不屬於熱鬧，應該是新的一個區域。整體比較安靜。

去的時候是武夷山旅遊淡季，幾乎沒人。早餐自助改成了套餐，比較簡單但能吃飽。温泉也沒有開放，説衹有周末和節假日才開。前台的小姐姐給我們免費升級了房間有個半室內的泡池彌補了一丟丟遺憾。但房間也不知道是下水做的不好還是啥，充斥有一股難聞的氣味。睡一個晚上也懶得換房了。總之性價比不高，也可能是我的打開方式不對。

來武夷山玩兒，選擇了這家温泉酒店。酒店離武夷山景區北門近，環境很好，像個大花園一樣。酒店院內有大大小小很多室外温泉池，還有室外游泳池，因為現在是冬天，所以衹有一兩個室外泡池開着。度假村裡還有室內温泉。前台小姐姐很好，免費給我們升級了房型。房間很大，古色古香，床品等都很新很乾凈。房間自帶室外泡池。出門吃飯或者去武夷山景區南門打車差不多10多元都能到。爬一天山，晚上回來泡個温泉，喝着巖茶，別提多愜意了。下次如果夏天來武夷山還會選擇這家。

非常值得推薦，房間沒有任何異味，裝修簡潔時尚，是我喜歡的酒店風了📍第一次來，幸好有工作人員的耐心講解，收穫非常美好的回憶放心來就對了，體驗感一級棒，總之非常推薦各位來打卡

春節的親子出行，考慮到白天爬山很辛苦，特地選了可以泡湯的酒店。整體環境很不錯，園林設計，獨立私湯，如酒店的圖片展示。前台小姐姐態度很好，其實酒店服務員都很友善，但是，感覺偌大個酒店來來回回大概就10個人左右吧，有點小尷尬。
缺點也是比較明顯的，因為有私湯，房間整體很潮，感覺牆面很多黴點，這個可能需要花點成本才能改善了。第二，房間比較小，感覺床衹有1.8，不是2米的，三個人睡感覺有點擠了，不過也不是大問題，就是東西真的沒有地方放，衹能都堆在箱子裏，非常的侷促，想訂的姐妹可以參考一下。比較糟糕的是早餐，都是冷的，也幾乎沒有可以選擇的餘地，如果不想做自助的，可以考慮商務酒店的套餐式早餐，不用硬做體驗感很差的自助中餐，好的早餐是一天的開始，所以體驗屬於比較差的。
另外，雖然叫温泉酒店，但是公共湯池部分，地面的衹開了一個，地下室的也衹有五個可以用，且所有按摩，噴水之類的按鈕完全無效，因為沒有什麼服務人員，所以整體顯得更荒涼了，温泉旁沒有提供飲用水，這個體驗感是真的很差的，雖然私湯也夠泡了，但是帶小朋友去泡温泉就是享受我泡我的，他四處亂泡的樂趣，真的蠻失望的，我這個還是春節假期，可見酒店的客流量堪憂。
總結一下，酒店整體還可以，工作人員也很友善，景夠漂亮，但是房間太小，沒有儲物空間，早餐太差，湯泉開放的太少了，不符合温泉酒店的標準。小失望，但爬山後泡個私湯還是真的很舒服的！

優點：
1. 衞生乾淨，每日清潔非常到位
2. 整體環境非常不錯 建築風格統一環境優美
3. 服務的話 非常nice 前台和管家小哥 問題都能及時反饋解決
4. 設施方面私湯池很大 泡起來很舒服每天晚上都會泡 情侶出行非常nice
缺點：
缺點的話 就是衞生間不通暖氣 晚上起夜在冬天略有些冷
整體非常推薦 無論是一家出行 情侶出行還是帶着長者都非常合適

酒店屬於温泉度假村，它的特色是温泉，不是房間，所以房間設施跟連鎖品牌是有差距的。
我們住的3號樓，房間裏面有個台階，非常不方便，晚上去洗手間要很小心，不然會摔倒。有個小院子和泡池，但是相應的房間濕度大，牆皮有點滲水，還冷。圖4。
温泉室內大概5，6個，室外2個，其他沒有什麼娛樂設施。
體驗了武夷山茶研學之旅: 去茶園參觀，喝茶。茶園也是酒店老闆親戚，口味看個人哈。如果有一段時間沒事做可以安排。不買也沒關係的。
