Moderated hotel, excellent staff at the front desk. Room was not cleaned the day after sleepint so I have to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. Breakfast service is poor.

Highly recommended to stay here if you come to Chaka Salt Lake. The Boss is very friendly and kind. He fetched us from the bus stop which is not too far, about 10 minutes walk from the bus stop on the main road. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. The staff are also helpful.

Two guys at the reception was smoking in the hotel lobby while we were sitting there. It was terrible to stay in the lobby. The rooms were a bit dusty too. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

酒店位於茶卡鎮，離茶卡鹽湖景區4km。茶卡鎮上不是酒店住宿就是餐飲，可以説整個茶卡鎮就是為了茶卡鹽湖景區建立起來的。由於是淡季，大部分的酒店住宿和餐飲都不營業，景區裏的區間車和網紅小火車都不營運了，全靠步行觀賞。可能是淡季又恰逢春節假期，人手不足吧，酒店內衞生不是那麼好，衞生間內較多污漬，房間內衣架上也落滿了灰。電熱水器撐不了20分鐘就變成了涼水，給淋浴帶來了困擾。

國慶出遊七天唯一一個差評的酒店，誇大其詞與酒店描述不符，並且酒店被子很臟，其他設施也有不乾淨的，牆上裝修的洞都還在，也沒封住，這個牆都是個木板子隔着了而已
