如果你是衝著啥湖景房，還有衹看了官方那幾張照片啥的那你大概率是要失望的。
剛開始給我們的房間在5樓，窗户大概衹有一個平方大，還有防盜網給攔着在，和房間宣傳的採光好通風好完全不搭嘎，深度懷疑這酒店是越缺啥越往這方面宣傳嗎？另外就是房間特別老舊，還有一種常年沒人住的黴味還是什麼怪氣味，第一感覺特別不好，就不想呆在這個空間。
於是我去前台説明情況要求換一間房，前台倒是很爽快幫我換了，這次的房間上是在3樓，窗户也不大，但是玻璃至少沒有被防盜網擋着，進去第一感覺稍微好點，於是就直接入住了。或許是我衹説了房間實際情況跟照片宣傳不符沒有講其他的異味啥的，這次這個房間還是有怪味，本以為是長期沒人用的氣味，以為打開空調打開窗户通通風就好了的就沒太在意，在房間休息一會了就出去玩了。
一直到晚上快十二點才回來洗漱睡覺，一整個晚上都被從衞生間隱隱約約飄出來的臭味給薰着的，哪怕把衞生間門關上也沒用！直接把這酒店的所有好感度都拉沒有了。
雖然酒店像建在花園裡麪，雖然酒店大堂和公共區域都挺豪華大氣的，但是最重要的客人睡覺的呆的最久的房間內部裝飾卻極其簡陋，衞生狀況也堪憂，太扎心！
離開的時候主動跟前台反應了房間異味的問題，前台也説我們會上報的…
我不相信衹有我一個客人反應過異味的問題，也肯定不止這一個房間會有這個問題，畢竟這酒店寫的是2020年裝修根本就是假的，至少有20年了才是。如果真想整改應該早就改了，換一根帶沉水彎的下水管的事，把下水口密封好又不是多難的事，就是管理人員從上到下沒有想去做真正的服務，光搞表面工作！
體驗感太差，這酒店以後一想起來就是那一股異味，都給我心理留下了陰影，不吐不快！

酒店的位置挺好找的，離武漢體育學院地鐵站很近。房間的設施很舊，而且衞生間裏是浴缸，可能是時間久了，浴缸表面有很多像污漬的東西，乍一看還以為沒清洗。房間的隔音效果真的不錯，適合我這種對噪音敏感的人。
