Nice big room, great location close to food and shops. Room carpet has some stains and corners were not very clean. Overall a very nice hotel.

Very nice hotel, clean, centrally located. Just few minutes from pedestrian main street. Stuff is friendly and some of the guys are able to speak English. All in all, 8/10.

I personally don't recommend this hotel to family. The hotel cleanliness is questionable. The hotel lobby got strong smoke smell ecen though they put no smoking. The hotel lobby also have weird smell. Then the hotel room itself also dun smell good. The first room they gave me was got stain on walls and smell bad. So I asked for a change of room but the other room also not much better ( see photo). The free room upgrade indicated in my booking was not true. They never actually did any upgrade for us. The room cleanliness was bad and I spend an hour cleaning it myself.....

As a national chain hotel, the location of the hotel is not easy to find. The room layout of the second hotel makes people feel very depressed, the ventilation of the hotel is not good, the air conditioning noise is also very serious, and it seems that there are isolation personnel during the stay! As the hotel party, you should inform the hotel in advance whether there are isolation personnel! We should tell the truth during special periods. Living is very uncomfortable. The hotel hygiene is not up to standard. Hope the hotel can be renovated!

整體比較滿意，房間裏比較乾淨，還升級了房間，相對來説比較乾淨，和隔壁房間的隔音比較好，走廊裏會有一些聲音傳進來，不過也還屬於正常範圍，對投影設備很滿意，軟件會員也都有，比較舒適。建議更換房間內的地毯和桌椅，看起來有一些老舊，櫃子開門時有異響。

第一天入住，房間電話是壞的，小冰箱壞的，空調時自動斷電，聯繫前台，給換了一間房，這個衞生呀，太臟了，洗護用品不提供，看圖吧。從換的第一天開始，我找清潔人員要兩個枕頭，晚上出門找前台要，告訴我會送到房間，一至到我退房，都沒送來（我沒多要呀，房間就兩個枕頭），在退房我檢查的時候，才在櫃子裏發現沒帶枕套的枕頭。服了。
