到武漢旅遊入住這家亞朵酒店非常愉快。前台漂亮的小姐姐和帥氣的小哥哥辦理入住手續非常快，處理問題很靈活，而且給升級到江了景房。房間寬敞明亮，窗外的夜景更美。客房工作人員有求必應，房間打掃的乾淨整潔。下次有機會還會入住的。感謝他們的優質服務。

酒店風景很好，環境也很好，大堂好的房間衞生都很好，辦理入住的時候速度很快，到店以後發現定錯日期了，然後前台的憬可小姑娘提醒我們並告知我們需要取消訂單以後重新預訂，前台的服務真的很棒，住了一晩覺得體驗確實很好，比隔壁的希爾頓服務都要更好一些，環境也更新一些，房間的衞生也做的很好看，空調等各方面的硬件都很好，隔音也很不錯，住的很舒服，所以又續住了一晩，下次有機會還會來住

這次入住亞朵的體驗真的很不錯，很多服務的小細節。入住送了一袋小禮品，孩子很喜歡，退房還送水。酒店洗衣房相比較之前住過的體驗更好，烘乾也很快。前台在26樓，還有閲讀區。早餐也很豐富，吃了熱乾麪還有豆花，鹹豆漿。整體服務人員態度很好，也很熱情，酒店設施設備也比較新和乾淨。雙床房還給我們升級了，可以望到長江和黃鶴樓。

連住幾晚感受整體比較舒適，酒店前台服務好，有問題都能及時解決，房間空間安排合理，電視屏幕尺寸看着很過癮，床品舒適，衞浴熱水充足，有贈送水果，早餐種類豐富。前台思誠很貼心安排了早餐5分，洛芬負責的打掃5分。
減分項：首晚入住的打掃大姐態度不太好，智能馬桶沖水聲音太大，中間一天晚上斷網2小時恢復酒店抱歉送了水果。
整體服務到位，入住舒適5分。

酒店位置出行很方便，對面就是武漢人民醫院，因為帶家人來看病，所以選擇這個酒店真的很不錯，酒店停車場位置非常多負一負二都可以停。有兩部專用電梯房間隔音效果也不錯，房間乾淨整潔在這邊續住了好幾天，大堂香氛和背景音樂都不錯，早餐有武漢特色熱乾麪，房間牙膏味道好聞温和，推薦！！！！

很喜歡他們的家的裝修風格，體驗特別好，沒想到亞朵住起來這麼舒服。早餐豐富多樣，中西式美食一應俱全，味道超讚。設施設備先進又齊全，房間的床品柔軟舒適，浴室乾淨衞生。服務人員熱情周到，特別是員工思辰，危機公關做得不錯，處理事情及時高效！前台服務員退房時還準備了暖心水，細節滿滿。下次來武漢還會選擇這裏，滿分💯 五星好評❤️

這次入住體驗非常滿意，尤其是早餐品質和房間隔音，完全超出預期！
早餐種類超級豐富，從中式點心、現煮麪檔到西式麪包、新鮮水果應有盡有，尤其喜歡他們的現磨咖啡和手工煎餅！食材新鮮，補餐及時，服務人員也很熱情。開放到10點半，適合我這種愛睡懶覺的人~
房間的隔音做得太棒了！我住的臨街房間，關上窗户後幾乎聽不到車流聲，走廊和隔壁的聲音也完全沒幹擾，一夜安睡到天亮。對於睡眠淺的人來説簡直是福音！ 另外，酒店位置便利，服務態度也很好，下次還會選擇這裏！強烈推薦給注重早餐和安靜環境的旅客~

超預期的完美入住體驗！
這次入住體驗堪稱完美，從細節就能感受到酒店的用心！客服24小時在線服務，又快又好，還能幫忙收取外賣和快遞，非常周到。
酒店的設施非常完善，24小時健身房器材齊全，商務中心也很便捷。房間內的客用品品質出眾，浴袍柔軟舒適，洗護用品是知名品牌，用起來特別安心。
特別要表揚的是清潔度，房間一塵不染，床品潔白蓬鬆，連角落都打掃得很仔細。隔音效果更是出乎意料的好，完全聽不到走廊或隔壁的聲音，每晚都睡得特別安穩。
從硬件到服務，每個細節都讓人滿意，絕對是我住過最舒心的酒店之一，下次一定會再來！強烈推薦給所有追求品質的旅行者！

設施：酒店很新，智能馬桶、可投屏電視、中控窗簾，設施完善又不過火，很好。亞朵的床品一直很好，枕頭床墊都很舒服。
衞生：非常乾淨，衞生間還配了酒精消毒濕巾，很貼心。
環境：酒店位置很好，離復興路地鐵站很近，4號5號線都有。周邊過早的水陸街、大成路都不遠，附近還有一家肥肥蝦莊。路對面就是人民醫院，樓下有2家便利店和好幾家水果店，很方便，茶顏悦色和星巴克也都在樓下。又不像江漢路那邊人來人往的，晚上比較安靜。
服務：前台服務熱情周到，主動幫助我們協調和解決房間問題，還可以幫忙取外賣。
