My wife and I have stayed in the hotel for two nights. The hotel is new and very clean. The facilities are versatile. We like the fit center and laundry services. The unique experience in the hotel is their service which includes the desk, management and cooking, cleaning ladies etc. the only things I can say we will come back and recommend you to enjoy their hospitality. The have included but not limited to the following names. Thank you all service.

This hotel is very new and located in a great area, with supermarkets and street food nearby. The staff is incredibly friendly and responds promptly to every request. The complimentary laundry service is excellent – all you need to do is mark your room number and washing instructions on a small card, and the staff will return your cleaned clothes to your room. The drinks in the fridge are also free, and the staff will restock them once they're finished. Overall, this is an amazing hotel, and it will definitely be our first choice when we return to Wuhan.

暴雨天來武漢出差，第一次到城際武漢理工店面，依然享受到了城際一如既往的高品質服務。
前台緣圓等小姐姐説話好聽，人還漂亮，送點心，送茶水，送傘撐傘，讓人賓至如歸，服務非常貼心。
我的充電線壞了，手機關機，打車地圖都要手機，還好緣圓幫找了合適的充電線，解決了燃眉之急，非常熱心。
酒店整體美式裝修風格，簡約，有質感，高級，相比經濟型酒店住的更有品質，相比一些老牌酒店設施更新更智能，是一次很好的服務體驗，下次出差還要選擇城際！

房間設施非常不錯 裝修風格很贊 很乾凈
酒店服務人員都非常熱情 態度特別好 本來以為衹是個快捷酒店 沒想到還有管家服務 上下車還幫忙拿行李送到房間 晚上還會有晚安甜湯 房間裏有熨燙機 還有帶有包裝的浴袍 這一點真的值得一提！！潔癖人表示終於有人可以get到這一點 雖然不是一次性的 但洗完不是掛在衣櫥 而是有密封包裝 直接感覺衞生很多 非常不錯 管家小琳態度很好 很負責 我中途需要用筆寫東西 打電話給前台 馬上給我送上來一衹全新的筆 酒店大堂的茶水有好幾種 還有不二家的棒棒糖🍭哈哈哈 走的時候在下大雨 還會有服務人員來撐傘送上車 行李我男朋友可以拿 但還是有個小姐姐來幫忙提 拒絕了兩次居然説請給我們一個機會哈哈哈哈哈 真的特別熱情 很多服務設施其實比一些老牌五星都要好很多！！！下次出行首選城際了

真的要好好誇一下：
1、衞生很好，大堂提供免費的茶水，還可以打包。
2、所有員工特別友善，算攜程老用户了，城際是服務最好的。
3、提供免費送洗服務，給前台打電話來房間取，跟她講了深色和淺色非開都可以，老公晚上的衣服，第二天早上就送到了。
4、早餐很豐富，我們是四個人的家庭房兩份早餐，有免費送了我們兩份，太貼心了。
5、離店的時候把洗面奶和洗漱用品忘在了酒店，聯繫我郵遞給我。
我給兩個小建議梳粧台要多一個垃圾桶，化粧枱燈有點暗。
