很乾凈的一家酒店！服務人員態度都非常好，又主動又熱情，還有幫忙解決小問題。住的非常開心，房間燈光很舒服，進去之後感覺很乾凈，光線很舒服，床也很舒服柔軟。推薦（๑＞◡＜๑）👍🏻

來武漢玩，定了連續三個晚上，前台小哥哥小姐姐服務態度都很好，可以給洗烘衣服，要水、拖鞋什麼的送上來都很及時，房間真的挺小，但價錢在那擺着呢。
不足的地方是，剛入住發現床單有塊臟，找前台重新換了一塊，看是新的，就沒細看，第二天發現床單還是有塊臟，挺膈應的，第一次洗澡發現淋浴頭是壞的，給孩子洗老費勁了，後來才給換的。
這些情況都跟前台反映了，表示了歉意，但也沒給什麼説法。
希望以後，注意床上用品的衞生。

我是在攜程上面前挑萬選選到了這家海友酒店，來了確實沒讓我失望。首先這裏地理位置確實很優渥，距離歸元寺，江灘，黃鶴樓，漢口步行街，晴川閣等很多景點都比較方便，我們是做高鐵過來的，離漢口火車站也不遠，前台説去武昌站更近，地鐵是直達的，地理位位置好到爆。再説説房間，我們訂的套房，面積差不多是普通房間的兩倍大，睡覺的房間跟客廳是分開的，我們住等我那個客廳還有一個專門的茶水台，設施太棒了。房間整體乾淨，整潔，沒有比隔壁全季差什麼。再説説前台，服務很熱情，會主動給我們熱水喝，他們店還有秋梨膏，免費的，味道也不錯。最讓我滿意的就是他們會給我們洗衣服，洗完了摺疊好送房間，真的感謝。選擇海友性價比真的很高，下次還去，大家可以放心去住!

酒店蠻新的，衞生不錯，離地鐵站近走路2分鐘~房間空間夠用，還有個桌子和軟包長椅，坐着吃飯很舒服~入住比較晚，衹剩下靠電梯和靠馬路的房間了，但是是城區幹道，晚上比較安靜，電梯也不吵，帶着耳塞基本聽不見什麼~床也挺舒服的，電視投屏好用，衞生間略小~

前台服務很好，有零食還有風車☺️大廳暖氣好足哈哈。設施齊全。一次性杯子都是包裝的。很貼心。房間佈局簡潔，乾淨衞生。水流穩定，很大，洗澡很舒服。體驗感超級好。值得一來再來。

設施：設施齊全，礦泉水供應及時，房間內生活用品都有
衞生：非常整潔，阿姨特別好，打掃的很好很乾凈，被子很乾凈
環境：環境安靜不吵鬧，房間很大
服務：前台小姐姐小哥哥都很好！！！服務周到貼心
