As a Marriott Platinum member, I was hoping for the possibility of an early check-in, but we arrived at 5 PM and things were still a bit hectic. The lobby was chaotic with way too much going on. Despite the madness, Riddhi at the front desk was incredibly attentive and professional. She answered all our questions and did her best to help, even while clearly managing a lot on her own. Honestly, the issues seemed more related to housekeeping than the front desk. One thing to note this hotel doesn’t show up on the Marriott app or website, so we had to book through this site, which was the only option that came up. It would’ve been great to see it listed directly under Marriott. The room was okay. The restaurant was closed (Mondays and Tuesdays, as listed on the site), so no complaints there. Pool bar was decent, and we loved the firepit definitely try the s’mores kit, it’s a fun touch! Overall, Riddhi was the highlight of our stay. Big kudos to her for holding it together. But housekeeping definitely needs improvement.
