There is a private loft area with a comfortable queen pull out couch, smart TV and closet allowing for another sleeping space. There are 4 parking spaces, including a garage. Third-floor includes partial views of the ocean and sound. Location, Location, Location. You will be just a short 2-3 minute walk (1 block) to the beach. We are located on the ocean side so no need to cross the street to put your feet in the golden sand! We are two blocks away from Johnny Mercer's pier, a short (less than 15 min/.35 mile) walk to all of WB's restaurants and bars, shops, surf shops and board/bike rentals. We provide fresh linens, extra pillows, super comfy blankets, shampoo/conditioner/ body wash, laundry detergent and dish soap. We also provide 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon and 4 beach towels.
