La ubicación para mí era perfecta, ya que tenía que estar cerca del hospital. La habitación está como se muestra en las fotos y está muy bien equipada para un hotel de esta categoría. La marina tiene un buen almacenamiento, muchos sockets incluyendo un par de puertos USB que son útiles. La gente que conocí mientras estaba en el hospital fue amable y útil. En general, me disfruté de mi estancia y tuve dos buenas noches de descanso.

A very quiet and relaxing hotel. Our room overlooked the common and we were visited regularly by cows, sheep and the occasional woodpecker. Our room was comfortable and clean. We didn’t use the main restaurant but ate one evening in the bar. Food was average and not a great choice. There is an excellent pub 5 minutes walk away as well as a chain restaurant a little further away next to the Grand Union Canal ( ideal if you have kids). One annoying thing was we had to pay for the food and drink as we went, so for dinner, sweet and two drinks we had to make 4 credit card transactions. Can’t understand why you can’t charge to the room like most other hotels of this class. Breakfast was included in our room rate and there was a good selection of hot and cold food. The Staff were all friendly and engaging. If we stay in the area again, we will certainly use this hotel.

The staff are brilliant here. They cannot do enough for you but it seems to lack an overall manager who can make major decisions re maintenance when things fail at weekends. You will not meet better staff anywhere friendly and keen to make everything right. Shout out to the restaurant and bar staff for being amazing and managing the new hotplates to deliver hot food on Sat and Sunday. The conference team are amazing helping move equipment and sorting any issues. It is a shame they weren't given information on how to set up our room. We had the same set up as last year snd sent photos which didn't reach the team in time. They reorganised with a smile having to move 12 heavy chairs with arms to those without so our accordionists could play their instruments. Better communication would have avoided us having no access to our break room due to another group having officious security who were turning away anyone not in their conference group. A member of the conference team dealt with this swiftly and provided us with an alternative space. Again a Manager overseeing would have noticed the refreshment room would not accommodate this very large group as well as our small one.it seems an awful lot is put on staff to sort when someone with a complete overview should be doing this. They all deserve a massive bonus for sorting everything with a smile. Everywhere is spotless and rooms are comfortable. Cerca del parque Kent Mountain, el entorno es muy bueno 👍. Está lejos del centro de la ciudad, el transporte público está desarrollado, se recomienda comprar billetes de entrada, por favor! La higiene de la habitación está bien, no sé por qué en la última noche, ¡la toalla y el toalla no están colocados de acuerdo a las normas!

This hotel is absolutely amazing and the staff are just out of this world incredible! I have now stayed many times here and will keep going back! The manager is an absolute diamond guy and has all of my respect for how wonderful and accommodating he is. Nothing is ever too much to ask! Couldn’t recommend this place more. The last time I was there I managed to get a beautiful view of the moon from the balcony

¡Hemos tenido una experiencia fantástica de estacionar en este hotel durante los últimos dos días! La recepción fue muy amable y útil , nuestra habitación era insensible , muy limpia y a la hora y me gusta que la recepción llame a su habitación en 20 minutos de su estancia para ver si nuestras habitaciones están bien , la comida es muy agradable y todo fresco , Mi única gripe es que el desayuno no viene con hash browns Lol el hotel en su conjunto es muy bienvenido , los precios de las bebidas en el bar son caros y permiten a los perros en las habitaciones que esta mañana cuando se check out fue como estar en los veteranos , barking varios perros . No estoy seguro si me gusta la idea de eso. También hay un recolector en el sitio que hacen lindo también. Situación está bien , 1 Mike de un Tesco y 2.5 millas de mi centro comercial . En general una buena estancia

Beautiful hotel in a great location next to the park, restaurants and bars. We arrived early and the staff said they had no rooms available to check into yet. We know this wasn't true, as there were rooms available to book the day before and on the day still available. Not sure why they can't accommodate a slightly earlier check in to help guests. It's a very big hotel so we know the hotel wasn't fully booked mid week. They also asked for a £50 deposit which we have never been asked for before when checking into a hotel. We then realised the next they gave us a Signature room when we had paid for a Signature Plus room. We had paid extra for a higher floor room with the extras which we didn't get. The room was beautiful and comfy nether the less and the hotel staff were apologetic in letting us know it was the fault of Trip sending them the wrong information. After returning Trip did follow this up and credit us some trip coins to apologies. We had a drink in the sky bar, but for us it felt very open and cold. It had a bit of airport lounge feel to it more than a bar. The views were great and I'm sure dinner there would be lovely in the restaurant area. Apart from the few hiccups we did really like this hotel with the location, comfy rooms and great views! We will definitely stay again.
