I ate here with three guests. Front of house is staffed by charming young people, but of little experience. We ordered a shared plate of cold cuts of seafood to start with; this normally would take 3 minutes to compose, as no cooking is involved. 45 minutes later it had not arrived; we were told in 5 more minutes, but well, you get the idea. Same thing for the main course. They managed to serve the desert (affugato – a ball of ice cream and an expresso) in 20 minutes. All in all, 2 hours to serve three courses. Front of house were very apologetic and offered to waive the service charge which I declined as the problem had nothing to do with them. Management skulked in the kitchen, never showed their face, made no apology. Lovely cadre, decent food, but I would never eat there again as I found the dereliction of duty by management to be unacceptable.
