Premier Inn Worcester City Centre

Great location for a hotel - closer to city centre with a nice walk across the river to get there. Convenient stop to visit family in my home-town. Over-all a good hotel, clean room and comfortable bed. We didn't come into contact with any staff or stay for breakfast as we were in late and out early, so we can't comment on those. We loved that the room had a bath - this was lovely! The only downside was the the taps seemed to have some mould inside the pipes... it didn't come out into the water but it did look pretty disgusting hanging there in the running water :/  Other than that, this hotel gave us everything we would expect from a quick stop over :) 

Excellent stay, very clean and good breakfast. Lovely location and helpful staff.

The rooms were ok and the view was good. HOWEVER don't eat their breakfasts. They are cold rubbery, the eggs are baked and not fried, the bacon was soggy on oil as was the black pudding. Mushrooms were soggy and cold, sausages dry. Ive eaten at other premier inn places before with a much better quality of food.

The staff were excellent, the hotel was very clean & well laid out & the rooms were large with the most comfortable bed!!!! Excellent choice for those with mobility issues with well laid out mobility rooms & very usable bathroom / wet room!!!!

Great location; reasonably priced 24 hour parking; great fluffy towels; clean room overall; good strong shower. We were on Floor 3 this time and found the sink water pressure average and its temperature never got beyond slightly warm. Still, overall we would stay here again.

A brilliantly located room with a magnificent view over the Worcester County Cricket ground. Added bonus of a coffee machine and a fridge, both most welcome and greatly appreciated. One downside, and not the hotel’s fault but, despite it being a ‘non-smoking’ room, the previous occupant had clearly smoked in the room and, despite the room being very clean, the smell of stale cigarette smoke was unpleasant. The fact that the room had a non-opening window exacerbated the issue.
