Premier Inn Warrington (M6/J21)

We arrived late .we found the staff fantastic and very helpful . We had the meal deal 2 course meal and drink and breakfast next morning. Excellent value .we been here twice now on a stopover to Liverpool. We travel up night before then get to Liverpool by 9 or 10 next morning..

we met a gentleman at the reception with a nonchalant attitude and just looked like he was there to get his hours over with, he checked us in after wating almost ten minutes, even though he was next door and just sitting there, he was not helpful, we were told they had no fan, and we had to sleep in 25*C humid, uncomfortable room, did I say sleep, DID NOT SLEEP, it was our worst night ever and we have stayed in a lot of Premier Inns, all over the country, a lot, thankfully our morning was the complete opposite, Claire at the breakfast reception, oh gosh, she is credit to the company, from her wonderful smile to her helpfulness and the overall bubbly atmosphere, gosh did she restore faith back to our stay in Premier Inn, as we have never had terrible service like the night before and thankfully Claire, made up for what we have known Premier Inn to be, exceptional food, sleep and service.

The worst experience for a business traveller. Wifi only against 6 GBP. In 2025?.... wake up!!! And this seems to be normal to the nice people working at the reception. Spending hundreds of night per year in hotels across the world, this is the first time in 5 years that I experience such an old and antique habit. Good luck for the future.

Without a doubt the best Premise Inn that I've stayed in and I stay in them five or six nights a week. The staff from other Premier Inns could learn a lot from all the crew at this one. Every single person from reception, breakfast and dinner are first class and a credit to the brand.

The room was nice and warm, the bed was comfy and the staff were friendly. We had a quick bite to eat in the evening which was good and breakfast in the morning was great: all items of the Full English buffet were hot and well topped up, big choice on the continental breakfast too. You can't ask for much more!

We stayed here while attending a family event . The room was immaculate, extra pillows provided upon request. The staff were friendly and helpful nothing was a bother to them . We enjoyed breakfast both morn and evening meal on our last night . The food was very good , served in a timely manner and the staff were again excellent. We had a comfortable nights sleep both nights and would definitely use this hotel again
