레이트 체크아웃으로 예약해서 늦게 체크인했는데,
미리 알았음 다른데 갔을거에요.
손님 잘못이 아닌 트립닷컴이나 업체측에서 옵션이 잘못 올라간걸 , 손님이 굳이 대실로 또 끊어서 레이트 체크아웃 해야하고
추가요금 내야 레이트 체크아웃이다 하시고 그러면
그런 옵션 자체를 왜 올려두셨는지 ..
애초에 예약을 레이트 체크아웃으로 했는데요?…
발렛도 아니고 직접 저희가 앞에 주차해놨는데
주차비로 현장 추가결제 5000원 받으셨습니다.
제가 서울에 살아서 그런진 몰라도 발렛비는 그렇다 쳐도 주차비 따로 받는건 처음 봤습니다. 주차비 받으시는거 사전에 고지하세요.
취소하고 싶었는데 그냥 피곤해서 자고 나왔고요
원주로 처음 여행왔는데 같이간 일행과 기분만 잔뜩 상했습니다

응대가 최악이었어요
친구랑 놀고 친구 재우려고 레이트 체크아웃으로 예약했는데
새벽 한 시 반 쯤 들어갔습니다 저는 놀다가 집에 갔고
친구는 12시에 체크아웃하라고 전화받더니
30분마다 요금 추가하겠다고 당장 나오라고 협박(?)받았다네요
덕분에 친구는 놀라서 씻지도 못하고 쫓겨나왔습니다
근방중에 깔끔해 보여서 조금 더 비싸더라도 여기로 결정한건데
돈은 돈대로 내고 얼마나 미안했는지 몰라요
진짜 응대가 최악, 융통성 하나도없습니다
