Clean, comfortable hotel in a good location in Witney. Nice restaurant with friendly and efficient staff. Spotless modern rooms. Safe well-lit free car park with plenty of space. However, we have heard that parking charges may be applied in the near future. We hope this isn't true.

Nice accessible room. Very helpful staff. Accessible car parking is good too. I would definitely recommend using this hotel. Plenty of things to do around the hotels surrounding area. Nice and warm room if your still cold they will supply a heater. and amenities are really good.

Sharon and Ann were my hosts tonight in the restaurant. They were brilliant and the food was delicious tonight. I’ve been here all week so far and definitely recommend the food and the rooms. The free WiFi is really good so my fire stick worked great.

All the staff were exceptional from the minute we walked in until the time we left. Was told too early to check in, but this was only 15 minutes. We were allowed to get some refreshments. The only thing that let the whole weekend down was trouble with catering supplies. There were notices about this issue,but we were not really informed about the situation at all. First evening meal no prawn cocktail and no ham and chicken pies. Breakfast was the same only fried eggs, no poached or scrambled. Only orange juice no other juice s. No mushrooms when we got down at 9.00 am. And no maple syrup. Next evening's meal still no prawn cocktail. And there was something else but I can't remember now. Very clean room and cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly. We will definitely be back for another stay. Let's hope all will be sorted with the catering issues Stuart

Booked a double room and a twin room. Ended up with 2 doubles. Receptionist went up and made the couch up. Not ideal, not comfortable at all. Went down to the bar, before we went out, no staff to be found. We'd booked breakfast, it was disgusting, the eggs were like rubber, the sausages were raw, the bacon tasted like it was going off, black pudding was raw and mushy. They had run out of mushrooms. (Maybe not a bad thing.) We stay in hotels up and down the country on a very regular basis as we are a racing team, and we have found premier inn are starting to go down hill, yet the prices are going up hill.

The staff were brilliant - very helpful, particularly holly and Ann. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had a friend who was staying at the hotel and had dinner with us. She really enjoyed her time with us and the hotel made her feel welcome. The bedroom was lovely and the shower was excellent.

All good . Top service form Staff ,Holly and Ann were exceptional both very friendly and helpful . The food in hotel was very acceptable. Can't fault anything. Happy to stay and eat hear anytime The restaurant is as basic furniture but is clean and well looked after. Food is good And again will happily stay hear again

Room was warm and comfortable. Bed was fresh,Everything worked in the room. WiFi was bit slow but not slow enough to go and complain about. Hot Breakfast was nice and Dinner (smothered chicken) was great. Holly&Ann did a great job at dinner hosting and looking forward to the rest of my stay. Compliments to the chef.

Arrived covered in snow and exhausted after solid 24 hours of travel. Due to weather conditions flight arrived much earlier from trip than anticipated. Sarah the manager on reception really went above and beyond and helped me out massively. I cant express how much it helps when you encounter friendly, helpful staff. Room super tidy, bed comfy and all staff i encountered genuinely nice, chirpy and happy to help Would recommend staying here! Location also very good as is parking. Bus stop nearby and shop 2 mins away
