Vakantiepark de Twee Bruggen

Most of the rooms was very untidy It is a good resort park but there have to keep it clean we saw spider web which make the kids scare When arrived to the accommodation we found some unclean trash can in some of the rooms ..some of the workers at the front desk were not receptive or friendly to some of issues we saw in rooms like damage bed, overuse towels and bed linen . How ever it is a very nice place if well maintained keep it very clean especially the entrance to each of the rooms. It looks like an abandoned house The entrance into the room is the face value of the accommodation .

We visited this holiday park and lived at De Slinge group building. There were spider webs in the rooms. Garbage cans were full and seems to never have been emptied.Rooms were deadfully untidy. we found used towels in most of the rooms. No foot maat. Towels completely wore out, tearing apart while cleaning up and leaving traces on your body. The urinary for men in the conference room was blocked upon our arrival. We found two beds in room 16 broken. Despite all our complaints, little or nothing was done.

I recently returned from our week's stay at Vakantiepark De Twee Bruggen. We booked the group accommodation “The slinge” Upon our arrival, we found out that several of the rooms were not clean as explicitly expected. The rooms had spiderwebs, and the toilet bins had not been emptied. We found used towels still hanging in the bathrooms of rooms 1 and 7. There were two broken beds in room 16, and the entranceway to most rooms was untidy. We also noticed that most of the towels provided to us were overused and torn out. The men's toilet in the sitting room was unusable. The beds are of poor quality. The main sitting room was untidy.

Recently returned from our week stay at camping De Twee Bruggen. What a fantastic find. We loved our stay at the site and couldn’t fault anything. Homes were nicely laid out and not too close together. The park was kept in immaculate condition and presented beautifully. Very quiet at night and early morning. Extremely friendly and helpful staff all that spoke perfect English. The supermarket, restaurant, snack bar and pizzeria were all spotlessly clean and very competitively priced. Superb facilities and exceptional pool areas and waterslides. Having the indoor pool in addition to the outdoor was a bonus when the weather was hit and miss. All on site entertainers were great and the activities that were laid on really well planned out and we enjoyed joining in. Recommend hiring bikes (also competitively priced) and exploring the surrounding area which is beautiful agricultural countryside. There are cycle paths next to all the roads so child friendly wherever you go. First time we’ve been to Netherlands and we are already looking to book the same site next year. Perfect holiday and a wonderful place. Highly recommended.

We visited De Twee Bruggen via Eurocamps for 5 nights in July 2024 myself my husband and 2 boys 5 and 3 - our first Eurocamp Holiday. The site exceeded all of our expectations, beautifully looked after. Pool area was fabulous - large ‘main’ pool, splash pool for babies/ toddlers/ children etc and indoor pool and 4 slides which my kids loved! On site there are 3 restaurants/ cafes. We ate at de schopp which was lovely and also had ice creams / drinks at the cafe near the pool - again lovely and well maintained very clean. We didn’t manage to go to the pizza restaurant but wish we had - they do deliver to the lodges. Amenities wise, you can hire bikes 12.50 per day for basic adult bike, 25 euro for mountain bike, 3 euros for child seat and 8.50 for child’s bike - bikes can be hired for a week if needed. You can also hire go karts - 2.50 euros for an hour these were a great hit! Smaller seat can be added to the back for younger siblings. There’s a mini golf and bowling alley on site plus a main park and lots of other smaller ones dotted around. Shop on site was good - covered all of the basic needs and bakery section was great. If wanting to do a bigger shop I’d recommend jumbo in Winterswijk. Onto the accommodation- we had booked a premium lodge but a couple of weeks before travelling we were moved to a premium azure due to capacity on site. The lodge we had was really clean which was great. Had everything we needed - utensils etc, shower was great - separate toilet. Bedrooms were small but did the job however the main bedrooms bed bowed in the middle which made it uncomfortable to sleep but manageable. Boiler issues a couple of times and someone was straight out to help. Overall we loved the site and our first eurocamp holiday, we would absolutely return but I think stay in a different accommodation type .

I have never experienced anything quite like Twee Bruggen. Beautifully situated and well designed for a wide variety of people/groups. As we were travelling with young children, we took advantage of the indoor pool/slide when it rained but otherwise, we were cycling around the area and exploring all the hidden gems around Winterswijk. It’s location is great for cycling around. The restaurant was excellent. We dined there twice as a big group (+20) and the service/quality was a very high standard considering our size and all the other diners. We stayed in one of the bungalows and we had everything we needed for cooking, laundry, entertainment etc
