One of a Kind! Stunning Treetop Mansion on Smith Lake - Sleeps 22!

The host was welcoming. The amenities were wonderful. The home was stocked with every and anything that we needed. It was extremely clean, immaculate. Such a beautiful place to stay.

Our family had an absolutely WONDERFUL weekend at the lake house. The home far exceeded my expectations. As inviting and beautiful as the photos are, they do not do the property justice. It truly is THAT AMAZING. We had four generations of our family there and we made memories that I will always be grateful for. THANK YOU for providing such a well appointed and comfortable paradise!

Wonderfully supplied kitchen/baths! Beautiful views from EVERY window on all 4 floors!!! Lovely home w every amenity! And the kids bunk room/playroom was so perfect!

The house and the condition of the house is 11/10, zero complaints whatsoever. It was amazing, in fact. The only issue (and it ended up being a big issue) was that there are 190 steps down to the dock. This was more than my mother and stepfather could do (it’s about 10 flights of stairs for reference) so they literally couldn’t once go down to the dock. I do wish that was made more clear as it had a big impact on their trip but for those of us who are young and in shape, it was a quad burner but nothing we couldn’t get through multiple times per day. There is a marina around the corner so if you want to rent this house but have some guests who can’t walk up 10 flights of stairs easily, you could drive the boat around the corner and pick them up there but it’s a bit of a hassle. Other than that, the house had everything we could have ever needed or even dreamed of (I mean…a Harry Potter closet!). Maybe the listing does mention the stairs but I didn’t see it. Again, Leigh Anne was great to work with and thought of everything for us.

Gorgeous home and amazing views We had a wonderful stay; however, the elevator was out while we were there which was difficult for my mom who has difficulty with stairs and for our great niece with CP. We were excited to have the elevator so not knowing ahead of time was disappointing. The stairs down to the water were definitely more daunting than we had anticipated but the dock was terrific. We were able to ferry people from the house to Squirrels by boat to avoid the outside stairs issue for those who couldn't manage it. Overall it was a beautiful property and we had a great family visit.
