"Room located in walking distance from main attractions but…. smelt terrible, sheets and carpets very stained, mould in bathroom, broken fixtures and overall poor quality maintenance. Requested new linen but it was still stained and old and needed throwing out. The smell of the room made us feel uncomfortable. Was glad to leave the room, did not compare to the quality Scottish b&b’s we stayed in. Even the little things like a bottle of water and box of tissues would have been welcomed."
