故地重遊温徹斯特，選的這家酒店，想當初我在温徹斯特小城的時候這家酒店還沒成立呢。前台小哥挺好的。有機會再來入住。

房間乾淨整潔

I travel extensively for work and had a particularly long drive from Exeter that day. I arrived to check in and was not welcomed by the rude receptionist who checked me in, and I explained I book premier plus rooms for the couple of extra comforts but was put in a room for 3 people. Room dark, stained carpet and wardrobe damaged and not a premier plus room as apparently full up. I asked the manager to call me but they never did. I was charged for breakfast which I told the receptionist in the morning I didn't want as an early start to Maidenhead. I had to call head office to make a complaint and get a refund on the breakfast. Awful customer service and I will never stay there again.

We chose this hotel due to proximity to our family who live in Winchester but that was a mistake. The Noise from the Air con on the first floor was unbearable, even with recordings of the noise and a complaint in person and in writing and being told the aircon had just been replaced we somehow complained incorrectly and we don't fall under the good night guarantee. The staff mentioned they heard the noise and had reported it on their morning walk through but when speaking to guest relations somehow that was now not recorded and they said they had no evidence of that. We've stayed before and had a good experience but i can honestly say this fell well short of what they report to offer. The staff were nice , when you could find them, the breakfast was reasonably priced and good quality but that is about all the compliments i could give. I would not stay again.

The hairdryer started smoking and sparking and I had to isolate it. We got a replacement and that stopped working as well! We were very disappointed, my wife felt a little ill so decided to come home, without even staying the night! Thank god we did not pay much. The place is ok if you don’t want to pay much, and just need a bed for the night.

Another one night stay in our favourite Premier Inn or "Moon hotel" as our daughter calls it! Good food, in particular the children's menu and great staff, including Peter, Bushira and the manager Barry who couldn't have been more helpful!
