The Lodge on Route 66

What a wonderful and charming little hotel! Friendly staff and the rooms are updated and very clean! We were pleasantly surprised y the free breakfast and coffee. The lodge is within walking distance to all that Williams has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

We had stayed at The Lodge before, back in 2017, so had to get a reservation there again this time. It is quiet, beautifully refurbished. Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast area is a bit cramped, but the quality of the motel more than makes up for that.

The hotel/inn is fairly simple, as you would expect for the price and location. We got a spatious room with good beds. Service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fairly simple, but good enough. The hotel is at about 1 hr drive from the Grand Canyon South Rim.

over all not a bad place, but the wifi did not work in room 9 as the front desk person stated. They have Star Link and Centry Link WiFi only, it worked for about 10 mins and then after that, never worked again. It was quite which was unexpected in the rooms, but you could hear things from outside the door like car doors slamming or motorcycles reveing the engines up. The handi Cap room was ok, but no bar on the tub/shower , only by the toliet and against the other side wall. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast and not bad. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful as much as they could. If your looking for a no thrills place to stay this is the place, rooms are nice, but mattresses need to be updated, you sink into them LOL.

Pleasantly surprised at this charming lodge. Stayed here for two nights while visiting the Grand Canyon during the winter. Room was clean and comfortable and had nice decoration. We had a room with two queen beds for two people and the size of the room was adequate but definitely not large. Beds were comfy and even included Coleman sleeping bags as an extra blanket since it was quite cold and icy during the winter months. Those of you who are fans of weighted blankets might enjoy sleeping under this heavy sleeping bag. The only thing about our room was that the bathtub/shower combo was very slippery and there was no rubber shower mat. Not a big deal but just something to be aware of. Convenient parking right outside our door. Buffet breakfast was more than adequate. They even had real English Breakfast tea which pleased my guest, who was visiting form the UK. Staff was bored at best but we really didn't need to interact with them much except to check in/out. I would definitely stay here again and Williams is a charming little town.

Pros: clean, comfortable bed,easy parking,friendly front desk, walk to shops and restaurants Cons: coffee maker and Keurig didn't work If you go late to breakfast you don't get much. Overall good value. Outdoor seating would be nice in summer
