Premier Inn Ashford Central

Hotel room was very hot and stuffy no where to put air conditioning on or open a window, one night of very uncomfortable sleep due to this. Room was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't great, very cold and sat under hot lamps for a while. No decaf coffee so had to bring my own to breakfast. Reception staff not very welcoming. Wouldn't stay here again.

This is a nice clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. It’s about 15 minutes drive from the tunnel so very handy for that. The main problem for me was the situation of the room. I booked an accessible room ant the room was fine but why do Premier Inn think that all people who have mobility issues use wheelchairs . Our room was about 70 metres from reception, why do they think that disabled people can walk that far? So if you have mobility issues be aware that you could have a long walk to your room

Wonderful staff , always happy to help and very helpful, rooms are roomy,clean and comfortable beds , i love a bath so suits me well , goo wifi basically ticks every box , nice and central to the outlet and town centre. Currently making a new breakfast room and we can't wait for that to open .

After a very loud extractor fan as we walked into our room it was sorted promptly and we were moved next door. Excellent customer service, lovely room and for £50 for the night can’t complain! Beds good condition and comfortable. Would come again.

Unusually disappointing stay this time. No opportunity to have 2 keys for the room and the key was needed to keep the electric on in the room so we had to use our own credit card to keep the electric on while my husband left to get fuel. There was also a ripped and frayed carpet and towels with big holes in them.

I have, over the years, stayed here on numerous occasions. It has always been a pleasant stay for the price paid, and the rooms have always been clean and suitable for ones needs However, on this occasion, I have been extremely disappointed . I stayed for 2 nights . Room 120 . The carpet in that particular room has holes in it, and the curtains are also thread bear . The window top was filthy, and the room smelt unpleasant . I sprayed it with my perfume, so at least it was a little more pleasant. Thank goodness I left first thing in the morning and returned late at night . I'm afraid that unless a serious upgrade is given to this place, you will end up losing customers. I certainly won't be returning anytime soon and will certainly enquire if any improvements have been made before booking . I have stayed in many premier inns, and this particular one has really let the side down .
