Curacao Luxury Holiday Rentals

We had a wonderful stay in Curaçao! Sarah was fantastic to deal with—friendly and helpful throughout. We truly enjoyed our time and will definitely be back!

We are checking out of this lovely establishment today. Our week stay has been wonderful! Our accommodation is exactly as pictured, clean,and comfortable. The beds/bedding/pillows, the furniture, kitchen is well stocked with every appliance you need. We are 2 couples with a 2B/2B unit Oceanview, the complex is quiet, family oriented. The beach and pool perfect for our needs. Staff was helpful and readily available via WhatsApp, and we borrowed snorkeling equipment during our stay. Private parking in a gated community, and groceries a short ride away. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Curacao!

These rentals are not at all what is advertised online. The website advertises on site guest relations, there was no front desk. There were four employees reachable by whatsapp, however they left by 4 pm each day and if you needed anything after that you are out of luck until the next day. We mostly dealt with Sarah during our stay and when we first arrived she very briefly explained how to work some appliances, but repeated over and over that everything we needed was in the property manual. However, the manual contained minimal information and what information was in there was often wrong. When we asked Sarah for clarification on some appliances that were not working as she had said they would, she often responded that she had showed us what to do already. We stayed in the Penthouse and it was not at all the level of luxury that is advertised. There was mildew around the showers, paint chipping off the walls, exposed wires in the light fixtures, stained linens, broken blinds in the master bedroom held closed by wine corks, and the curtains in both bedrooms were stained and had holes. While they advertise providing towels for your stay on the website, they fail to mention it is one towel per person for the entire stay. When we asked about the towels, Sarah snidely said that they were not a hotel, despite the fact that they advertise as an extended stay hotel online. The website advertises luxury linen, but each bed only had a bottom bedsheet and a (stained) duvet that was too small for the kind size bed. They advertise that before each stay a staff member goes through the apartment to make sure that everything is in top working order. This did not happen for us. We arrived to a broken TV, a disassembled smoke detector in the master bedroom, and lightbulbs missing from light fixtures. These issues were not remedied until the following day. We were also informed that the air conditioning would be turned on prior to our scheduled arrival time, this was not done either. While the website boasts about a private beach, this is misleading. The private beach is a small patch of sand with 3 palapas. The property itself is very large, but this beach was not nearly large enough to accommodate all those staying on the property. In addition, it is not advertised that this is a pet friendly property. We were traveling with a special needs adult with a significant fear of dogs and there were multiple off leash dogs roaming around the pool, beach, and the rest of the property. If this would have been advertised, we would have chosen to stay somewhere else so he could have actually enjoyed his vacation. Overall, this property was not at all what was expected and I would not recommend this to anyone.

We loved everything about our stay – the spacious, luxurious apartment and balcony, the stunning ocean view, the private beach, excellent snorkelling right from the private beach, and excellent communication and service. It was a true joy being able to watch the dolphins from our balcony every day. We liked the fact that it is a quiet and relaxing rentals area. We highly recommend this place and would happily book the Dolphin view apartment again if coming back to Curaçao.

We had a great trip and the staff at Curacao Luxury Holiday Rentals couldn't have been more accommodating! If we had any questions, concerns or needed something they were quick to respond and resolve! Our unit was in the best location and we just loved the island and the people. There are only a couple recommendations I have for the staff - hooks in the bathrooms for towels, etc ; hooks in the bedrooms with no dressers and upgrade the pillows!

We just returned from an incredible week in Curacao. The Turquoise Wave unit was clean, spacious and comfortable for 5 adults, and provided the perfect home base for rest and relaxation between our island exploration adventures! The kitchen had all the essentials for meal preparation and the covered balcony provided shade and an ocean view to enjoy our food and drinks. The grounds, pool area and private beach are beautiful and well maintained. The resort is peaceful and quiet but action and excitement can be found within a quick stroll next door to Mambo Beach/Blvd area. It's the best of both worlds!
