Las habitaciones son agradables y limpias, sin comida en el hotel, pero puedes pedir desde un restaurante fuera de 100 pies de distancia, así que no sería malo y fue agradable despedida pero no hay animales de compañía permitido

Estaban muy buenos cuando pedí leche extra, porque encontré que necesitas 2 en una taza y me dejaron mucho más la habitación era agradable y el personal parecía muy agradable.

La habitación era limpia, espacial y caliente. No visité el bar o restaurante como era con mi hijo de 12 años, pero el menú se veía excelente y la zona del bar se veía agradable.

All are excellent, staff are very friendly and helpful. But the hot water of the shower isn't hot, only warm in temperature. When checkout, we asked staff and she told that we need to wait few minutes to let the boiler run.

Check in was quick and easy although there was no information given about the hotel eg pool opening times other than dinner may be busy due to several coach parties being booked in. The room was clean and tidy and there was a nice handwritten note welcoming us alongside 1 single serve pack of digestive biscuits even though the booking was for 2 people. The bathroom had 2 large dispensers for shampoo and shower gel but the shampoo bottle was empty and this was only discovered once in the room. There was air conditioning which was appreciated due to the rare appearance of the British sun that day but unfortunately the unit itself was very noisy whilst running so needed to be turned off overnight. Beds were comfy and there was the option to order additional pillows from reception that wasn't needed. Check out was quick and easy and the staff did try to help us answer a question about a local bus route to aid us on our onward journey but unfortunately they did not have this local knowledge.
