This place was great. The rooms were spotless, the amenities were much appreciated and they have a great gym.

I’ve stayed in this property a couple times before with great experiences both times. I checked in on Monday and wanted to take a shower after the gym but the water was cold. I called the front desk and was told they were updating the water system and didn’t know how long it would take to warm up. I asked for an estimate and was told an hour and a half. The next morning the water was not really warm but I could handle it for a shower, asked again and was told should be warm in about an hour and a half. This happened on both Wednesday and Thursday. I called the Hilton Diamon Desk once I realized the front desk just didn’t know or was told to provide me the same estimate. The manager or maintenance employee called telling me new heating rods were installed that would be working soon. Was also told they went into my room after my Monday or Tuesday morning call (can’t remember which day) and they tested my shower with a 110 degree water temperature results. They told me it might have been the high demand time I showered (7:00am). Each morning the water was barely enough to stand, not cold but never enough to even fog the mirror when the faucet was set at fully hot. The Hilton Diamond representative told me the hotel manager would either take some $ off my bill or give me Hilton honors points. Neither has occurred. My room rate was as high as $190 one night, in Wichita Falls TX. There is a new Delta hotel by Marriott in town I may need to try on my next trip. I hear is very nice with a great restaurant attached. When I checked in the TV was cracked and not working, they replaced it within half an hour. Attached are pictures of a former guest’s make up left after two main services and a towel provided during my stay.

I stayed at the Home2 Suits by Hilton in Wichita Falls Texas while on business. The check in process went well. The property looks well kept, clean, and in good order. For pros, I found the suite to be clean with excellent AC, plenty of hot water and no outside light at night. Quite too. For cons, I found the tv operations to be extremely challenging. The tv remote was difficult to use. No numbers to select a channel. Had to use the guide button whenever I wanted to change channels. This was a big pain as I like to check the difference programs while traveling to a different area. The live channels available were somewhat limited. The king bed had 3 pillows, all were soft. Not a firm pillow in the lot. I personally prefer at least one firm pillow. If you go out for dinner, you might expect to have difficulty finding a parking space when you return as parking in front of the property is limited. The next time I’m in Wichita Falls, I’ll probably consider another property based on the difficulty with the TV remote and limited channel selection and soft pillows. Is it?

Very friendly staff. Everything was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great and is in a great location. Close to the university, mall, target and a lot of food places. We will definitely be back the next time we are there visiting Wichita Falls.

This hotel by Hilton was one of the nicest places we have stayed in a while. The people were friendly and courteous. The room was so clean and neat. I really like the way they are arranged. The free buffet breakfast was great, with several choices. I also like the various conversation areas in the lobby. We will definitely stay here again if the time is right when passing through Wichita Falls. It is not right on the Interstate, but I would recommend it to everyone.

Overall an awesome hotel. Modern design is cool, breakfast was satisfying, and staff was friendly. Only complaint is very thin walls and no lock on bath door. Its one of those sliding doors with no way to lock. Dishes and dishwasher is grest for extended stays. We partied by the pool and no one hassled us. Cool place for Military families. Will be back even though its pricey.
