So so motel. Pool is empty of water but filled with trash and grime. Hot tub filled with rocks! That was pretty 🆒. Air conditioner loud AF! Got no room service the whole time is there. I think what makes it bad is the people there I really don't know man I really wanted to go up to the front office and see if I could apply for a job because man I could turn that place upside down. That place was absolutely disgusting the lampshades had stuff all over them The walls were disgusting and the floor was disgusting everything was disgusting there's wet bugs water bugs and the sink and in the tub toilet it's just foul. I did bring my own cleaning stuff though so I was good to go.

For the price we didn't expect the place to be top notch cleanliness wise (and it wasn't by any means); but bed bugs, cock roaches, and wood ants/termites were NOT part of the plan.
On first inspection we only noticed an open soda can left in entertainment center, some cigarette butts on floor, and lack of batteries in TV remote; but after laying ON the bed and bed sheets for only 30/40minutes felt what we thought was ant bites. We weren't even under the sheets.
Pictures are from killed bedbug blood spot, another smashed on on bed sheet, and others that we found on the floor. Would NOT recommend risking this stuff following you to your home and/or car. Select as soon as we discovered them.

This was a horrible Red Roof property. Red Roof is one of my "go to" "2 Star" motels. Always clean, comfortable, good management, nice array of amenities, e.g. 24 hr fresh brewed coffee, fridge, micro, nice TV with a good channel selection. Pet friendly to my little "girl", well staffed, and well maintained. This was horrible. Dilapidated room and furnishings (ceiling coming down over shower, king mattress broken down, non-working micro taking up half the desk top, huge TV, but without working remote (kudos to the night auditor, he did try with two trips to the room with multiple tv remotes), horrible Direct TV system, roaches. I could go on. Best to just drive on by.

THIS RED ROOF INN LOCATION SHOULD BE CONDEMNED! ROACHES CRAWLING IN BED, NO TOWELS, HAVE TO BEG FOR THEM. NO ICE BUCKET IN ROOM AS ICE MACHINE BROKEN. NO FRIGE. NO MICROWAVE. NO TOULET PAPER, YOU HAVE TO BRING YOUR OWN! NO TRASH CAN IN ROOMS. NO WATER IN POOL AND JACUZZI JUST FULL OF ROCKS. NO BRAKFAST THAT IS ADVERTISED. BED SHEETS HAVE BLOOD STAINS. PILLOWS THAT ARE 50 YEARS OLD AND FLAT AS A PANCAKE. DIRTY BATHROOM AND BATHTUB. THE WATER SMELLS LIKE SEWER. BROKEN FRONT DOOR, VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE. FOLKS YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS UP IF YOU TRIED. IF YOU SEE AN OLD MAN FROM INDIA AT THE SERVICE DESK TELL HIM HIS MOTEL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND WALK OUT! HE OWNS THIS JOINT. I ALSO CONTACTED RED ROOF CORPORATE AND WICHITA FALLS CITY INSPECTOR TO DO AN INSPECTION OF THIS MOTEL FROM HELL AND SHUT IT DOWN IF IT DOESN'T PASS. IT WILL NEVER PASS ANY INSPECTION!

Horrible. Dead bugs in room, stained bedspread, dirty tub and sink, abandoned car in lot, pool closed, hot tub filled with rocks. Nothing like the pictures presented. Random people sitting in cars just like a drug deal waiting to happen. Very unsafe feeling

God awful most disgusting horrific place ever stayed! Door had been kicked down, window was broken, extremely dangerous, not clean! Can’t even describe how disgusting it was! I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned, only thing it didn’t have was bugs.

When we arrived we had drove for 17 hours, we had booked for a quick place to rest. When we entered the room it smelled of cigarettes and mildew, there was mold on the walls in the bathroom, the sheets on the bed were dingy, the towels were stained and dirty, there were bedbugs in the bed. DO NOT STAY HERE, DO NOT BOOK HERE, They denied any refund, and lied to the booking agency and stated we stayed there and we did not.

Room I stayed in by reservation for one night was simply the worst room I have ever rented. Sink plugged and would not drain, NO hot water at all. Towel rack off the wall. Coffee maker disabled. Mini fridge frozen solid. Holes in the walls and you could see daylight above the door frame.

Where to start. Opened the door to a blast of cigarette stench. Smoke alarm was missing. GFI outlet by sink had a broken face plate. Bed frame was broken in one corner. Saw a cockroach. Railings around the walkway were rusted through. Ice machine was broken. Vending room it was in smelled like a dog that hadn't been bathed in months.
