On our arrival we were met by the lovely Gwen & Lee, who explained everything we needed to know about our stay etc. The B&B is immaculate, we stayed in the top room on the 3rd floor. Our room was spotless. Everyday our tea, coffee etc were topped up and cleaned if required. Breakfasts were delicious and well organised by selecting a time and breakfast options by completing a list left in your room. So everything was cooked nice and fresh. Location was ideal, also the Hop on Off bus tour stop, was located just around the corner. Parking outside the property, which is ideal. Also close by the beach, 10 minute walk to the lovely Whitby Beach front. Definitely stay again. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Just returned from our third stay at Crescent Lodge and excellent as always. Gwen & Lee are lovely hosts. The accommodation is absolutely spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is second to none, great variety and all cooked fresh. We love how we can park the car up outside when we arrive and forget about it till we go home. The accommodation is perfectly located, not too far to walk in to the centre of Whitby and a bus stop opposite if you need transport. Thoroughly recommend. Thanks again for a lovely stay 🙂

From the moment we parked up (right outside) we were made to feel welcome. Greeted at the door by the hosts and booked in. Everything explained to us regarding breakfast and the room etc. The room was amazing! (we had the triple) loads of space and the bathroom was gorgeous (especially the shower! Wow!) room was spotless, bed was comfortable and the location perfect! Breakfast was cooked fresh each morning and was spot on. Nothing was too much trouble, would definitely stay again if we visit Whitby. 🙂

We have just returned from a visit to Whitby, we booked into the Crescent Lodge Guest House, and things could not have been better, first of all, parking available outside, a warm welcome from Gwen and Lee and a lovely room. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with plenty of options, a lovely Guest House which we will always book if we visit the area again (if its available of course), great job both of you!

This is our 3rd year running staying here and it's as good as ever. Gwen and Lee welcomed us back and even remembered our breakfast preferences. The rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean with quality bathrooms. The breakfast is beautifully cooked with quality ingredients. Off street parking is a bonus in Whitby. Why can't all B and B's be like this? It's not rocket science, just give people what they want. We will definitely be back.

This was our second stay here. It is excellent . The hosts are lovely . The hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfast is quality food and cooked to perfection. An added bonus is that there is a parking space for each room. The hotel is in a great location, just minutes walk from everything.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms, the shower was amazing, and the best breakfast bar none, Lee can certainly make a poached egg! Gwen & Lee are a lovely welcoming couple who made our stay all the better. A beautiful guesthouse and a perfect break in stunning Whitby.

This place is a real beauty in Whitby , from arriving to leaving the hosts Gwen and Lee made sure everything was to my liking , the welcome was lovely explaining everything I needed to know , the room was excellent and throughout my visit they kept everything perfect , each day I had a superb breakfast that was cooked to perfection , anyone looking for a top quality stay in Whitby I definitely would recommend the top quality establishment The Crescent Lodge .
