Lovely stay, very clean and welcoming. Natalie and Dave are fabulous and very accommodating. Tea, coffee etc and water replenished daily and a great fan in the room which was appreciated. Lovely breakfast, would definitely recommend 😀

Second visit to this delightful guesthouse - we spent a full week here in Room 4. As before, we were warmly welcomed by Natalie and David and our bags taken to our room - and delivered back to the car on leaving. Parking is limited on site, so request when booking. We didn't partake of breakfast this visit, due to overindulgence the last time we were here but highly recommended. As before, the room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Daily bed making and topping up of complimentary water, hot beverages and biscuits. Can't recommend this guesthouse enough... we will be back next year!

This was our second stay. Natalie and David are fantastic hosts. Nothing is ever too much. Lovely welcome, and cases were taken to our room. There is parking to the rear of the guest house, which you can arrange when you check in. Rooms: very comfortable. Cleaned every day. Pleasing decor. Our bed was very comfortable. Bathroom: so clean and perfect for our stay. The shower works well and easily adjusted and warm. Breakfast: There is a good fresh choice. The full english is very tasty. The whole guest house is extremely clean and tidy. I would recommend a stay. We have arranged to book again next year when Natalie opens her 2026 diary.

What a gem this place is ! Spotlessly clean, right near the beach and with two welcoming proprietors. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area. Why go anywhere else ? Excellent restaurant Oliveto 2 mins walk across the road.

Couldn’t fault anything about our stay at the Arcadia, the room was clean, tidy and spacious. The lovely owners David and Natalie made us very welcome and even took our luggage to our rooms on arrival. The rooms are warm and inviting and well decorated and furnished. The breakfast was really good, and I would recommend this bnb to anyone. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked for the same time next year.

Stayed here for 5 nights and what a find! Delightful guest house run by Natalie and David - excellent hosts who cannot do enough for you, even to the point of collecting our bags and placing them in the room and returning them to the car at the end of our stay. The guest house is well maintained, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The room (4) was immaculate, the decor light and modern. Hairdryer, tea and coffee supplied and restocked daily, along with bottled water and biscuits. Breakfast is also available on request - good range of cereals etc and full English Breakfast cooked to order, which was always piping hot. The location is excellent - literally 100m from the beach and a 15 minute walk to the town centre or the bus stop is opposite. Parking is free at the rear of the property but needs to be requested on booking, as spaces are limited. Highly recommended and we will definitely return soon.

Warm,friendly and very welcoming hosts. Whole house was very clean and immaculate and room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was great quality and very tasty. Beans etc were served hot instead of most places arriving only warm. When we arrived David came straight out to greet us and took our bags. He put them in our room for when we arrived back later. Both Natalie and David were very pleasant throughout and really did exceed our expectations in every way! We will definitely be booking here again and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Weymouth. Location was great too! Close to beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

David and Natalie were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. David, much to my surprise, helped us with our luggage. What a nice touch! Check-in was easy. We arrived early and we left our luggage reception and when we got to our room, it was there. Another unexpected service. The premises were immaculate, clean, tidy, and smart. We had a family room, which was an ideal size. Lovely decor and very clean. Towels were available in a nice en-suite. The breakfast choice was full english or variations on that theme. Cereal and juice to start. Freshly home cooked breakfast, it was lovely. A fantastic B&B. Thank you, David and Natalie. Ww will see you again!! Thanks for the memories.
