I recently stayed at this hotel, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Su ubicación es maravillosa, sólo salir de la ciudad tiene una hermosa vista de kanchenjunga junto a la oficina de policía, lo que hace muy seguro ver el sol.

If photos can ever lead you to a wrong choice of booking then this is a perfect example. Please don't go by the bright and exotic photographs for Palm Bliss. The hotel is extremely average but pigeon hole size rooms. I paid for Kanchenjunga Balcony view rooms and I was offered a basement room, saying that's the only one available. the stairs down to the basement was dingy, poorly maintained and smelly. The room was v basic. linen was stained. the balcony didn't even have a chair to sit. the crew was indifferent. Food was just okay. I guess the top floor rooms and alleyways were better. but this is a rare occasion where same room rent will give u varying types of services and u have to depend on luck. And most importantly the hotel is not cheap by Pelling 's standards. I don't see any positive in the hotel, and unfortunately have no option left other than to rate it low. There are many options at this price so it's better to look out for something more warm and vibrant.

Excelente servicio, bienvenida gente.|El personal es Prasant y pappu siempre estaba disponible en una sola llamada. Todo el personal ganó el corazón 💗🥰. Disfrutó del desayuno, servicio de habitaciones. Hotel era muy limpio y higiene. La gente puede elegir este hotel para su estancia en el pillaje.

Visited pelling during 22nd to 24th october for a family vacation. Stayed at the pelling resort. We had booked 2 premium rooms for the stay and had been allotted the same on the 2nd floor, room no 2003 and 2004 to be exact. Although hotel management claimed that both are premium category rooms 2003 was far better than 2004 with respect to kanchenjunga views as well as the room size. The hotel has no lifts so elderly persons should keep in mind while booking. The deluxe rooms on the upper floors have better views. Food was tasty though limited in variety. Found it to be a tad expensive in terms of portions offered. Rooms and wash rooms were clean with all essential gadgets working effectively.
