Well, very rarely you step in a hotel where you have nothing to complain about. Right from the word go everything just pleases you. Even while we were on our way, Arpita called and wanted to know our arrival time. What a nice gesture! The welcome she accorded on our arrival was warm and genuine. 99 percent of the hotels ask for your documents first, here Arpita was first to accord you a warm welcome. Rooms are spacious, kept warm in the December chill and clean. The toilet is large and with all amenities. Hospitality is great. Rooms have a great view of Kanchenjunga. What could have made this review 4.5 is the food. Otherwise great, the Chef needed some prodding to produce good stuff. Overall GREAT.

Our room no. 203 was excellent. It was neat & clean. Had private wonderful clear view of kanchanjangha & mountain from the room. Bathroom was very clean. Staff was attentive. Taste of food was delicious. Hotel has own travels for sightseeing & pickup -drop facility.

Given me deluxe room (non-mountain view) against booking of super deluxe room (with mountain view. When objected, the hotel manager could not give me. Cheating happened with me as i booked the hotel for seeing the mountain in the morning. Felt cheated.

We are really satisfied with the hotel rooms that are provided us and the location and food quality of the hotel are awesome. And another thing i must mention the hotel staff are well behaved and co-operate very much.

Rooms were shabby. A terrible vibration and noise was constantly disturbing. Rooms were underground towards the pit with very limited view.

Clean and well maintained rooms. Professional staffs. Delicious foods. Excellent location. 24 hrs hot water. Round the clock room service. What else you need!

Nice location and great views from balcony but cleanliness was the major issue. Stained bed sheets and used pillow, blanket covers was upsetting but changed on request.
