Everyone was nice and professional, I enjoyed my stay

My partner and I stayed at Homewood Suites in June and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel offers easy access to I-95, making it a convenient choice for travelers. Our suite was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. It felt like a home away from home, providing all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. If you're looking for comfort and convenience, Homewood Suites is an excellent option.

Front desk staff not knowledgeable nor are they friendly. My card was over charged 4 times and instead of offering compassion and apologizing the front desk staff laughed and made it difficult to reach management even when going through the reservations line ! I will never book here again

We checked into this hotel for 11 nights because my daughter was having surgery in a nearby hospital. When choosing where to stay we considered Airbnb’s nearby for half the price and twice the space. The only reason we chose the hotel over the Airbnb was because we wanted housekeeping services and didn’t want to be busy cleaning when we knew we would be going back and forth to the hospital . Lo and behold, we are here on day 9 and housekeeping has shown up exactly once!! On day 2 we complained to the front desk who told us that they only clean the rooms every third day! Nowhere in the booking was this information disclosed! On day 5 we again complained as our room still wasn’t cleaned even once. Housekeeping showed up on day 6!! When I spoke to the front desk clerk she explained that they are having a lot of short term guests and can’t keep up with the housekeeping demands. Why is that my problem?? I will never again stay at a Hilton hotel. This was the worst experience ever!!

This was JUST Awful. The hotel is under major construction and there was no hot water. Multiple requests were made to correct the water but it never happened. The front desk assured me that we would have hot water. The maintenance man (great guy) told us that it was impossible to fix because the water heater needed to be replaced. That did not happen during our stay. Day 3 was the best with NO WATER AT ALL!!!!! All of the staff lied to us and made unkept promises except for James, the maintenance guy. It truly felt like a camping trip but with lies and false promises. HOMEWOOD SUITES - DO BETTER!

Very dirty rooms , bread crumbs under sofa bed, bad smell. No WiFi. Unwelcoming staff. Under major constructions and was not notified. Very noisy, people from the street are around and you feel unsafe.

the experience was terrible at best, staff unattentive, bad attitude, full of excuses, no remedies, very little service if any, felt like i was ripped off by the hotel management. No housekeeping, we had to buy cleaning materials and supplies at Walmart to clean and upkeep our suite

The Homewood Suites West Palm Beach was one of the friendliest hotels we've stayed at in the US. It was under construction for renovation, but the staff made every effort to make our stay comfortable. From cleaning people to the front desk, everyone was doing their part. Noah at the front desk was very helpful when we checked in and wanted to upgrade for our 7 night stay for our son's baseball tournament. Patrice at the front desk was also very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Mary did a great job in the kitchen for our morning breakfast. CJ and others kept the hotel very clean despite construction. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We used the outdoor grill, and it worked fine. There was a nice patio area. The only two things that weren't great were the shower pressure, very little, and the pillows, very flat. Other than that, our stay was great.

We came down to breakfast the next morning, my pre-operative day, in hopes to see one of the lovely ladies we had met last year, who was a burst of joy and radiated love. Luckily for us, she is still here and making people feel seen everyday. Before the end of breakfast, we saw Whitney, and upon my gleeful callout we were greeted with warm hugs and words of kindness. When we asked for assistance with our room, she jumped on it and by the time we came back downstairs, she had it all settled. Throughout our time at the hotel, we would have never known that we were even in a time of renovations and whole-floors being worked on, based on how much she did and her continued positive and calming demeanor. Her smile day after day, along with her positive affirmations kept me going most days. Whether she knows it or not, she was the bright spot in most of my days, just because of who she was and her genuinity. In a world where one can often feel alone, it was nice to be seen. Her kind demeanor and positive personality did not go unnoticed and we are forever grateful to have met her. She is patient and accommodating, genuine and compassionate, helpful and overly-giving. She constantly goes above and beyond her role, while making you feel cared for and important. It would not be the same place without her. Whitney’s character makes Homewood Suites the home that it is to us, as well as for many others, and for that we are forever appreciative and thankful. Not only did Whitney make such a difference in our time in Florida, but as stated before the entire staff and personnel of the hotel was extremely generous, friendly, compassionate and welcoming. Thank you to Whitney and the staff of Homewood Suites for all you do to give us a home away from home.
