DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Me and a couple of friends went over to Melbourne for the long weekend and booked this apartment however. We were given 2 keys with 1 key not working, we then asked what happened if one of us comes back after hours and has the key that’s not working and the receptionist said to call him and he will come down as he lives not far from the apartment. We asked what happens if it’s early hours of the morning and he doesn’t answer and we could not get an answer. When this was raised to the booking company they told them they gave us 4 sets of keys which was a lie. We then asked about the on site pool which was advertised and we were told we do not have access only luxury apartments have access to this, when I questioned this they said ok we can have access however it is across the road in another building. Turns out they email you after you pay telling you this but before you book it is advertised as on site. Then the state of the room was horrible. The TV was broken and did not work, all the window handles were all broken meaning you could not open them and if you somehow did you wouldn’t be able to close them. The actual seal underneath the window was also cracked which is a clear concern regarding. When all this was brought up to reception the guy there said ok he will come fix them. I explained this isn’t something you should come up and fix this should be repaired properly as the actual walls and windows were not safe. He persisted and said he will come fix them and we told him they should be fixed properly. From there we kindly explained all the problems and asked to leave however they refused to bargain whatsoever. They explained they have offered to fix the problems, however if we knew these things prior we would not have booked here. I reached out to the booking company and they agreed with me and actually reached out to the apartment themselves however they also refused to bargain with them. This all happened on Friday the 6th of June and to this day I am still waiting for a Manager to call me back. On Friday I was told they would be in the next day, then Saturday was told they would be in Sunday, then Sunday I was told they would be in on Monday, I still have not heard from them except from an email. I have spoken to Consumer Affairs Victoria and they have sent me some resources to email them over clearly showing what laws they have breached which is currently being drafted and sent to them. I let the apartments know and the only correspondence I got back from the Manager says “let’s see what they say”. This is not the way to run an apartment with people coming in and out, despite the fact we left after an hour of being there with genuine concerns they are refusing to even understand our concerns and have just taken the money, we even asked for just 50% so we can go somewhere else and they have refused. This has already been escalated to my lawyer and if they continue to refuse to bargain after Consumer Affairs’ letter th

We were provided a free upgrade to Flagstaff Apartments (Batman Street) which is 5 mins walk from 392 Spencer Apartments. The Apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, we were provided with early check-in and after check-out our bags were stored for us for a couple of hours as well. Apartment had all amenities and facilities as mentioned. Location - 10 mins walk from Southern Cross station, 5 mins walk from 3 different tram stations, 7 mins walk from Queen Victoria Market. Was perfect for 3 adults, 1 teen and 1 five year old.

Everything you need in a very confortable and neat apartment. Safe parking and apartment only reachable with a code. Had a problem with the sink which was immediately solved so very good service. Only 2 things missing: something to hang the jackets when coming and an oven dish!

you must follow up on them returning your bond, or else they try and keep it and hope you forget. they will try and blame it on the "bank" but they perform refunds themselves with their own eftpos machine, the same way they charge you upon arrival.

Great location near southern cross station. Shree at the reception was more than helpful offering me a free upgrade to a two bedroom unit as I was carrying a large bicycle box with me . Also offered to assist me in taking my luggage to my unit. Spotless clean, with a well equipped kitchen and a washer dryer which came handy as my water bottle had leaked into my suitcase 😂 Highly recommend !

Friendly and accommodating staff, great location, the apartment was clean with big soft and comfy bed. It is also close to the tram station. Everything about the apartment was good. We will definitely come back here next time we visit Melbourne again.

The bed was so comfortable and pillows were perfect. The shower had a large shower head with great water pressure & instantly hot which was appreciated after being out in the cold. The apartment was fully self contained so we could cook and wash as we pleased. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodate they do anything do make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment is clean and smelled good and they even offer laundry detergent. There's an intercom that gives access to friends and family or uber eats. The location is super. 7mins walking distance to the shops. The downside is that the fire brigade was just across the road and they are all the time switching on that annoying siren so was quite noisy 😑 and the bedroom didn't have an air-conditioned or fan and it got quite warm sometimes. The only place with air-conditioning was the living room but it took a while for the bedroom to could down. But apart from I highly recommend this place :)
