Location is good. Close to stores and restaurants. They serve complimentary breakfast daily. Frontdesk staff were very helpful.

Hotel has become tired and in need of renovation and update. Lobby area is clean and a basic free breakfast with some protein, cereals, waffle makers are available. The rooms need attention and maintenance. Closet door is not set in tracks. Mount for iron table fell out of wall during sleep. (Talk about midnight wake up call) Windows need deep cleaning. Room appeared clean overall and we rewipe all touch areas before use. Perhaps some paint and chalk. Worst of all we arrived to a huge blue tarp on side of hotel for work. No notice or warning. On 4th floor you had room blocked off and massive heat. Was it mold, maintenance, horror scene ?? Why would you put guest in room next to this area ??

Do Not stay here if you are a travel team or traveling with a group of kids!!!  **We are not the 1st to have had this experience! Unfortunately,  we had booked before we saw the negative review by another team.   We visited this hotel this summer traveling with our baseball team. Our team has no idea why Brenda  offered this hotel for our stay, when clearly it was not a kid friendly hotel. We booked about 12 rooms months ahead of time, and clearly stated it was a family baseball travel team that would be staying here. We have experienced traveling together as a team for  years now and had never had such poor treatment before. Rules or waivers should have been given to one adult per guest room prior to our booking , not to just one parent to sign  on behalf of the entire team, and after the fact that we had checked in and had begun to experience negative actions by the hotel. In the past , if we received such a waiver, it was prior to a booking and especially before check in. Not while you are already a guest and can not cancel your stay without penalty.   Our bad experience had to do mainly with how poorly the staff resolved our issues, making us feel unwelcomed at this hotel. We had no where to congregate and enjoy the evening with friends. Past 10pm, we could not be in the lobby nor in the dining/conference area, we could not be outside in the pool area whether you were in or out of the pool. We are families traveling with our children for vacation and baseball tournaments. After a day at the park , we wanted to enjoy time together,  dinner , and conversations together, but we could not do this here.   One factor when traveling as a team , we must accommodate budgets, which is a reason why we stayed here. To keep costs down, our team  likes to gather and bring food to eat together or celebrate, and at this hotel we were either rushed out of the common area or could not stay past 10pm. That's not so easy when you have teenage boys excited about winning games, celebrating birthdays and vacationing together.   We parents really tried to make it work for our boys, but this hotel is not where you want to bring your team . We spent our nights in the parking lot gathering, while our kids played organized games outside. The police were called on us more than once either by hotel staff  or guests, but the police patrolled and never came to break our gathering outside nor did they find the boys to be doing anything wrong. They allowed us to continue congregating outside, as this hotel did not allow us inside other than in our rooms. How demeaning to all of us who are guests of this hotel, to resort to gathering in a parking lot.   Many parents like myself were upset and we tried speaking to Brenda who booked this stay for us, but she was only to be found a day or 2 before we left from our week stay, and was there at the times we were not , due to our boys' games. Brenda had an unpleasant call with our team mom, blaming us as a whole for not abiding

My family and I stayed there for a few days around my birthday and the stay was enjoyable. We had a few hiccups upon arrival but MS. Anne at the Front Desk and Brenda from the sales dept/ Front Desk were able to attend to our needs quickly and in a very professional manor. Thank you ladies for all of your assistance.

The room is better than basic with fridge and microwave. The beds were average in comfort. Very large screen TV with Netflix, HBO, and Amazon Prime video channels. The one downside is this property is NOT Obstructive Sleep Apnea friendly. No readily accessible outlets for CPAP machine. Had to crawl under the bedside stand between beds and remove an access panel to access the electrical plugs. I know they do this for aesthetics, but could you please design the rooms for better electrical access.

Competitive pricing for our teams Baseball Tourney brought us to this hotel. I’d like to first say that we are Gold Elite and Titanium elite Marriott members so we are not new to Marriott stays - especially ones with our baseball team. However I’d like to caution any team to stay here. The woman who worked the front desk on the Holiday evenings of Memorial Day obviously hasn’t worked in hotel service very long. This was probably the worst experience we’ve ever had as a team, at a hotel. With just a quick overview of our stay the outside pool area is small so not too conducive to larger groups however that’s where we tried to stay as we could tell the evening staffer could not handle any people being in the lounge as it was too stressful to her (As evidenced by the stomping of her feet and clapping of her hands whilst saying “G** Damn it!”) However after being constantly policed as grown adults even in the pool area it just became strange. We were chastised by her at times for asking for additional room keys and pool towels on our 3 night stay too. Honestly, even with the price being lower than the Hotels closer to the Spacecoast facility this hotel is not worth the poor treatment of the evening staff. Overall the stay was strange - never have we been treated or even seen other teams treated like this by a staff member. Our team (kids and adults were in their rooms between 9:30 and 10pm) each night on a Holiday! I’ve been in Marriotts where teams and families are in the lobby lounge and pool areas until after midnight! I hate doing this but when we feel uncomfortable in commons areas of a hotel we all paid for to stay something must be said! I would like to comment however on the day staff who checked us in at 1:45 on 5/26 - thank you for your compassion and patience with our check in. My mother and I very much appreciated your hospitality and willingness to work with us. We just wish this was extended to the woman working this evening shift.

We stayed here out if necessity when something else fell through, and paid inflated rates ($25 above the published price) for three nights. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The fitness room is clean and bright. The breakfast, however, was really inadequate, even for a chain -- they were out of some basics like yogurt, the toaster didn't work, the coffee wasn't very good, etc. Why can we not do breakfast better here?

My husband and I stayed at your hotel to attend a function at Patrick Air Force Base. When I called Barbara Perez, to ask if we may check in early, Barbara said she will do her best. Well, she certainly did. We were able to check in and prepare for the event and made it on time. As we all know, a first impression is a lasting impression and her kindness on the phone overflowed when we arrived. To be greeted with a joyful and kind welcome made our stay wonderful. The accommodations were very nice and the morning breakfast was excellent. Thank you, again!

Check-in was fast. Plenty of parking, next to movie theater. Room was a little dated, but had a quiet night of sleep. Water was not hot enough when I took a shower that night. Went to use treadmill and it was out of order. Breakfast was not the best. The machine that dispenses the batter for the waffles has broken, so no waffles. The scrambled eggs did not taste good. Might look for another hotel if I return to area.
