Absolutely loved this hotel - it is just how you’d imagine an eco tree! It’s a large wooden building with multiple floors & a restaurant where you can watch incredible sunsets. We stayed here for 2 nights - air conditioning was great and lots of room space. The staff were all really nice and friendly and the food was amazing! ❤️

Ven y quédate una noche, solo marca y toma algunas fotos. Realmente no recomiendo quedarte más de un día. El tipo de habitación tiene instalaciones pequeñas y el servicio no está a la altura. Realmente no vale la pena el precio. El efecto de aislamiento acústico de la habitación es muy pobre. La unidad de aire acondicionado exterior parece estar colocada en el interior. A las 6 de la mañana todos los días. El grupo partirá en un momento. Los turistas hacen ruido y gritan en el pasillo, pero no. A uno le importa, date prisa y sal de la trampa.

Where do I start as there are too many to share: 1. Butler service - personally this is a new concept and it was definitely very helpful in managing activities during our stay. Yosef, our butler was attentive and responsive although he was probably inundated with his other daily work. 2. Dining - Breakfast and Dinner was superb. Chef Andi Hartono was onboard most of the time to ensure that guests are attended to. His blend of cuisine was a joy to the palate. On one occasion after our trip back from island hopping he prepared a special herbal tea (homemade) to ease the effects of being sea sick and it worked wonders immediately. All the staff at the Leros dining was very attentive and helpful and should be commanded for their pleasant and attentive approach. 3. Gym - Being an exercise addict, the gym was a joy with sufficient equipment for a good workout. If I had one feedback is probably the availability of cleaning equipment for patrons to wipe down equipment after using. Guests should be reminded to do so as there were guests who though were using towel did not wipe down. These entitled guests should think of others. 4. Kids Club - The kids loved the kids club and made many friends. The personnel Ms Astri, Ms Tri, Ms Ima and Yohanes was very kind and helpful with the kids. 5. Recreational Activities - We managed to get some snorkelling, paddle board and hiking as well as trying out the Mangarai outfit led by Yohanes, Leri and Julio. 6. Housekeeping - Safrin ensured that our room was clean and welcoming with various towel art on a daily basis. Last but not least, to Peter (Manager) and Yudha who welcomed us on our arrival and was constantly on hand to ensure our stay was pleasant. There are many other personnel that I was not able to name for which I apologise but do appreciate their warmth. We will definitely make a trip back soon... The only downside of the trip are guests who felt they were entitled. Nonetheless there were many guests that were humble and pleasant that mad the stay enjoyable.

Nos quedamos una noche después de salir de un barco y antes de un vuelo el día siguiente. (Me hubiera gustado quedarme otra noche.) El Triple 8 está en una ubicación excelente - justo a una colina corta del arrastre principal de la ciudad y la mayoría de las tiendas, restaurantes, etc. Estabamos en la sala LARGE con un sofá de tiro (para los niños.) Super limpio! El hotel está perfectamente situado en Labuan Bajo, muy cerca del puerto y del mercado nocturno (si te gusta eso). El hotel es muy moderno, limpio y bien decorado. El personal es realmente servicial y hace todo lo posible para que su estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. La piscina es muy bonita, con una gran vista panorámica, no hay ninguna protección contra el sol dentro o directamente al lado de la piscina, por lo que haría algo de calor. ¡Definitivamente recomendaría alojarse aquí!

We arrived and the pool was green and the place looked slightly abandoned. It’s sad because I think it could really be a good hotel/ hostel if it was given a bit of love! We had a family room for 4 of us, which we had to walk through a dorm to get too, which then was a room without windows, the aircon hardly worked and the toilet didn’t work at all! We had to use the one in the communal area which again stopped working which isn’t ideal! Breakfast pancakes were good and wifi was good however I don’t think I would stay here again as it just seemed like it was a bit forgotten about!! However their dog is goregous!!!!
