First sight was stunning and first day a very good experience, but we had a few unpleasant surprises during the beginning of our stay. First we had a fan that did not work, a bed that broke down and 2 out of 3 bathroom with almost no water running. Together with lack of information (I dont blame the resort for this but our travel company) about the tide, that made it difficult to swim in the ocean for almost 5 hours every day and a not that clean pool, and almost same food every day, we were ready to change hotel/resort after 3 days. I talked to the manager and they fixed every issue (unfortunately they could not fix the tide :-) ) and we found out that we was able to order other than the menu. The manager also said according to some of our "complaints" that : We dont have flatscreen or aircondition, because this is another kind of resort....My comment to this was, we do have some expectations when we pay about 150 dollars p.p. a nigth and one of our expectations is that its not up to which person of the staff you talk to to decide the price of the service. We got 3 different prices for both handling/wash of clothes and for the boat service, if it was not possible to go back on schedule with the boat. But after this conversation, we did enjoy the rest of our stay, but if we come back, it will not be for more than 3 days, but we were also 6 adults and mostly enjoyed swimming in the sea. The bungalows were nice and good cleaning every day even after 2 stormy nights with sand all over in the bungalows.
