The room was outstanding. Friendly greeting at check in and all the staff we super friendly. Location as central to everything in the area.

Room service carries this place!!!!!! The up front staff were very kind and helpful to all of our needs and wants. Always fixing our problems especially with the tv or mix up with the money and rooms. Helping us enjoy our stay even more. I would love to come back next time. The room is eye catching and there's so much to do in this enjoyable Room than in exploding Harrisburg lol. It offer's a lot for the reasonable price it gives.

Great experience here, my granddaughter was a bit under the weather and even though we booked on a 3rd party site they accommodated the upgraded room. Great location, really good breakfast, and beds were comfy. Will absolutely stay here again as we travel through PA several times per year.

Hotel is remodeled and very nice! We were traveling with a group of 48 and had pizza delivered to the hotel late at night and they opened a meeting room for us to us. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. We are staying again with the same group in a few days.

Stayed here while visiting local waterfalls, Chocolate World and Midstate Distillery. Room was very nice and comfortable. Nice breakfast and loved the pool and hot tub. Would stay here again.

Mattress was miserable, unbearable, from homeless bum sale. Back hurt every morning. Breakfast needs to be changed up, fried eggs / bacon every other day. Perhaps pancakes too. Minimum of 200 characters I need to fill in.

The location is great - less than 15 minutes to Hershey, and in the same parking lot as a Sheetz for the little things you need. The lobby is nice and the people working there are friendly. Breakfast is average; you get the typical waffle maker (two, actually!), scrambled eggs, sausage, a small selection of breads and muffins, juice bar, etc. The hotel itself is average and has a kind of cheap feel. There is a coffee bar by the main entrance and despite there being 3 urns for it, the Regular coffee was always out. I went for coffee 4 or 5 times during my stay and never got it. The room itself was fine but had some small annoying things wrong with it. For example, in the bathroom, the towels were all in a cubby on the floor. There was nowhere to keep a face towel or hang a clean towel for when you finish your shower. It was an annoying oversight and just felt cheap. Likewise, we had a one-bedroom suite and there was only one small dresser with three drawers for all 4 of us to put our clothes in. It felt not-well-thought-out and cheap. The room was smaller than a typical one-bedroom suite. All in all, it wasn't bad; it was average. I would stay here again if other one-bedroom suites near Hershey were all booked, but I would look elsewhere first.

This is a great hotel to stay with a family. We saved some money and were only 10-mintues from Hershey Park. We felt very safe at the hotel as well as going to and from the park. Rooms are cleaned daily and the hot complimentary breakfast was very good.
