Hotel limpio y muy cómodo Perfecto para pasar la noche en un vuelo temprano desde el aeropuerto de Heathrow A sólo 10 minutos del aeropuerto Aparcamiento barato en comparación con hoteles más cercanos Personal muy amable y educado Los precios del bar son muy razonables Recomendaría este hotel

Buena estancia de una noche aquí. Excelente ubicación para acceder a la M4 y al aeropuerto de Heathrow. La comida no estaba tan mal, nada del otro mundo. La habitación estaba limpia y confortable. ¡La tetera estaba limpia! El estacionamiento cuesta £ 7 por 24 horas, lo cual no estuvo tan mal. ¡Lo recomendaría si se va de vacaciones o trabaja en la zona!

Everyone was so kind!!! All staff were very helpful to store our luggage and also very helpful at dinner for allergies. They showed me explicit information for dishes served. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful! The hotel was also very affordable, with a large room.

Staff are very good, attentive and helpful. The hotel is very dated, worn and unloved. It provides the usual Premier Inn staples such as good bed, shower and breakfast offer but it desperately needs updating. Surprisingly there was no disturbance whatsoever from aircraft noise given its proximity to Heathrow but traffic noise is constant. No lounge area inside. Room had black mould which was an unwelcome surprise, also ventilation inadequate in bathroom which might be connected. Really this appears to be a cash cow where PI are just raking in the money with no further investment in facilities or condition

Stay wasn't as pleasant as other Premier Inn hotels I have stayed at. Hotel seems a little rundown, didn't appreciate paying for parking, and duvet and pillows smelt quite bad. Breakfast offering was good, kindly consider adding vegetarian sausages for vegetarians.

Lovely hotel, well what an amazing stay we was greeted with a smile then when we got to our room we had a lovely surprise waiting for us we were guests of the day and was given a Cadburys bar of chocolate We stayed the night before our flight out of Heathrow , the room was clean and comfortable We had breakfast there the following morning and there was plenty , from full English to pastry’s , yoghurts and cereal , toast and juices as well as tea and coffee All the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay again Thanks for making our little holiday start with the biggest smile
