Excellent apartment. It was very clean and very tidy. What you would expect. All electrical goods worked, and the shower we're great. Great location for the cricket and football and close to the main city centre. With plenty of bars and restaurants. Would recommend.

Good location for Nottingham City, also very close to Trent Bridge and Notts Forrest. Clean accommodation, warm and inviting. Allocated parking onsite . Great extras on arrival, like bottled water and milk. Easy instructions from the host,

Lovely warm and quiet apartment- good shower - could do with a slip mat in en-suite - duvet and mattress - hmmm questionable - 🤨 - but adequate (ish) Everything else we needed was fine BUT the oven needs properly cleaning (sorry) Having said what I’ve said I would definitely use your services again and would happily recommend to others Thank you ☺️

Convenient flat at the behind the main block which negates the noise from the main road to a degree. The facilities were good with a very comfortable bed and good quality bedding and towels. Breakfast pack and milk were a nice touch. Cleanliness was a bit hit and miss - floors were quite dirty and dusty which shouldn't have been a surprise since I cleaned the cobwebs off the living area lights myself.

Appartment 6 The matress in the ensuite bedroom was really uncomfortable on the side nearest the bathroom. This was not an issue as there were only 2 of us and we moved to the other bedroom. Other guests staying in the block on the floors below were really noisy and were partying until 03:48 am. The plug in the bath lets water out all the time even when pushed down.

The room is nice and modern, clean and the shower is amazing, huge shower head which soaks you and cleans you very well, I love it, very nice selection of complimentary drinks and biscuits from well known brands. Nice and quiet and good privacy with an assigned car parking specifically for me which is an excellent location as I don't need to walk far. Will definitely choose this place again for my next stay in Nottingham.

The apartment was clean and had all the things we needed and was comfortable. The reserved parking space was excellent. The apartment is very spacious. I love the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. We were really impressed with the quality of the apartment.

Desperately in need of a new mattress in Appt 3! Stayed here a few times and beds are typically ok, but first time in this apartment. Everything else great as usual but that mattress is worst I've slept on for a very long time! Felt about 3 inches thick and springs poking out of it! Not great at all.

Lovely apartment, well furnished and clean. Good location. Very near to Trent Bridge and Holme Pierrepoint National Watersports Centre. Parking for one car, would be nice to have visitor’s space/s. Noise is a problem if the windows are open but negligible if closed.
