Cape No. 7 is located on the beautiful Sanpan Island in Dongtou. The island has pleasant scenery and faces the sea. The community is surrounded by the sea in Dongtou Gorge. This is a utopian destination for those who yearn for "facing the sea and blooming in spring". The Sanpan Territorial Villa Community is located in the center of Sanpan Island. There are 73 independent American-style villas with their own garden and parking lot. In the small area, people and vehicles are separated, the facilities are complete, and the community is equipped with 24-hour security guards, so you don't have to worry about safety. There are vegetable markets, supermarkets, and seafood stalls near the villa to meet your daily needs. The house is newly renovated and will be put into use after the renovation in early 2019. A single-family villa with a housing area of 500 square meters, modern and luxurious. The villa has a total of two floors, equipped with 5 rooms, 3 single rooms with double beds, and 2 standard rooms with double beds. Each room has its own toilet. 全家族大出行，很早就定了海角七號。開車方便，門口停車。游泳池正好下午有遮陰，孩子們一到就下水了。有阿姨在這裏打掃。早飯也是阿姨來做的。海景還不錯，就是衞生間玻璃透明不方便。有個家庭房床是吊牀需要點定力才能睡著了。買了海鮮還有燒烤東西自己燒晚飯。加了店家微信，有問必答，特別好。山下有個沙灘沙質很好，傍晚帶孩子們去挖沙了。開車就三四分鐘的樣子。整體是比較滿意的，還有麻將桌，撲克牌，投影給孩子看動畫片。非常適合家庭聚會。

這次入住一開始還是很愉快的！後續問題有一些：1.別墅裏沒有良好的清潔設備，拖布不吸水。導致阿姨拖地地上全是水！家裡小朋友後腦勺摔出了一個大包，後續我們自己一點點用毛巾拖地2.空調是壞的，沒有及時檢修，由於雨天，一樓空調是有用的，所以半夜2點大家玩耍結束了才發現，所有房間空調都沒有用，開窗蚊子太多了，關門太熱！基本都沒有睡，整個心態崩了！以上兩點已經跟房東聯繫反應過了，房東態度也很好，説會及時改正，並問我需不需要什麼補償。想不出來啥補償，就算了，把不好的點分享出來，希望大家監督，房東也及時整改，越來越好
