Paruisi ·Puya Hotel (Wenling City Center Store)

On 26 March night around 07:00 Pm asking for a plastic bag to the receptionist at the left side counter. Her attitude is so rude and not friendly!

Pretty clean and decent stuff were very helpful and the check in process was super quick

If the hotel was cheaper I would have closed my eyes on the disadvantages but because I paid 700 RMB for 2 nights I think I could have had better environment 🙏 The room's design is nice but the condition looks like it's not being managed at all. There was mold, stains and dirt. In the photos you can see. The waste basket was so dirty 😔 The breakfast is supposed to have western food (it's stated in the in for card that the buffet is western and chinese) but apart from bread and tomatoes there was no other "western" cuisine. And no coffee! how can a hotel not have coffee? The car parking system is inconvenient. each time we wanted to go out we had to go to the reception and ask them to help open the gate. The tv projector in the room kept turning itself off (a message "the device has overheated" kept appearing). I think that the hotel needs to remove "western food" from the breakfast information card and deep clean the rooms and check the projectors. otherwise the price is not matching the environment ☝ A plus - the hotel staff were nice and kind.

這次在温嶺的住宿體驗極差，必須給大家避個雷——帕瑞思·樸雅酒店（温嶺市中心店）。 一進房間，那股濃重的黴味就撲面而來，感覺這房間像是許久未曾通風晾曬。在這樣的環境裏睡了一晚，第二天我就開始一直咳嗽，身體明顯受到了影響，實在難受。 預訂時我選的是大床房，前台告知我房間做了升級，本以為是意外之喜，結果進房一看是家庭房。這看似升級，實則有欺騙消費者的嫌疑。我選擇大床房有自己的考量，這種“被安排”的感覺很不好，完全打亂了我的住宿預期。 房間的設施也讓人失望透頂。設施老舊，使用起來總擔心會出故障。洗手間更是重災區，亂糟糟的，清潔工作做得相當不到位。裏面擺放的並非一次性用品，也沒有經過明顯的消毒處理，讓人根本不敢使用，洗漱都成了難題。 正值冬季，本想在房間裏享受温暖，可空調卻不給力。房間始終陰冷陰冷的，即便將空調温度調到最高，也感受不到絲毫暖意，凍得人瑟瑟發抖，這樣的住宿環境實在難以忍受。 此次住宿經歷可以説是全方位的糟糕，黴味、房型欺騙、設施老舊、衞生堪憂以及空調不制熱，每一點都嚴重影響了我的入住體驗。花了錢卻沒能得到應有的服務和舒適，實在氣憤。希望酒店能夠重視這些問題並加以整改，也提醒各位出行的朋友慎重選擇這家酒店，別讓這樣的住宿體驗破壞了美好的旅程。
