The hotel is generally scruffy. The fan in the bathroom made a terrible noise when the light was switched on. The room was too warm and the free standing fan vibrated noisily whichever setting it was on. The restaurant is dirty with an unpleasant smell. The evening meal was microwaved too long and although scalding hot, was overdone and tough. I didn't have a hot breakfast due to the unpleasant smell in the restaurant, just had cereals and left ASAP

My break at Wellingborough was made easy by the pleasant staff who made me feel welcome with cheerful manner. A special thank you for Demi and Amelia and Lucy who helped start my day with friendly conversation each morning. The cheerful smile started the time easy. Thank you all especially the three girls and kitchen staff who serve wonderful breakfast. Wonderful team all round, thank you l enjoyed my stay. Maureen

We used this hotel to visit family in Wellingborough. The staff were very accommodating and communicated with me about my need for a ground floor room. They were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is in the bar opposite (but run by premier inn ) The breakfast was a disappointment, poor quality back and sausages and over cooked , so we only went once . I would definitely return , the bed is exceptionally comfortable .

The breakfast was fantastic Chef Sheldon cooked a nice breakfast my kids asked for more eggs because it’s so delicious Demi was very respectful and professional making sure our orders we fast and complete We can’t wait to come back again soon Thank you

Had dinner in the pub/restuarant connected to Premier inn London rd Wellingborough & Sulkey was running the bar/food by himself tonight. So much better service then what people received the night before. Well done

The hotel is relatively well maintained and the staff is friendly. The restaurant offers a fairly varied menu. I was served by Kacper, a really good waiter.

Lovely friendly staff, Kacpar in the restaurant really stood out, working very hard and ensuring customers requirements were fulfilled with a friendly smile. Staff in the hotel were excellent, very friendly and helpful.
