If you're considering booking this hotel, be sure to confirm which room and wing you'll be staying in before making a reservation. The hotel has recently opened another section called "Wing B," which houses older, substandard rooms. These rooms are far from the quality you'd expect—they feature outdated furniture, a toilet fan window that isn’t tinted (allowing people to see inside at night), and an overall unkempt condition. The most disappointing aspect was that the general manager, Mr. Manoj, failed to inform us that our rooms were in this older wing. We were charged the same rate as the newer rooms, a fact we only discovered after check-in. When we raised this issue and requested a partial refund, we were met with unprofessional and dismissive behavior from the manager. His approach to addressing our concerns was both rude and unhelpful. After some back and forth, we were granted a partial refund.However, this doesn’t change the fact that the rooms in the old wing don’t justify their price. Our room smelled unpleasant, and the bathroom window overlooked other rooms and a staircase, completely compromising our privacy. It’s frustrating to feel scammed and let down by the management’s lack of transparency and poor handling of guest complaints. I would strongly advise future guests to proceed with caution and ensure clarity about what you’re paying for. This experience was disappointing, to say the least.
