酒店很好滿意，在威遠縣船石湖水利景區內，環境幽靜，有一種東籬先生筆下“結廬在人境，而無車馬喧”的趕腳，温泉是酒店最大的特色，有一個大池和多個小池，高低温水池皆有，總有一款適合你，建議入住東區，不要住西區，東區客房與温泉幾乎零距離，樓下就是，在房間換好浴袍憋口氣沖下樓就可跳進温泉池，浴罷之後一身還是熱氣騰騰就鑽回房間了，就憑這一便捷性就能秒殺很多温泉酒店，客房的沐浴水量也很大，洗澡很舒服。早餐品種多，好吃，牛肉麪特別好，內江牛肉麪名聲在外。

❤️ 這次入住體驗非常滿意！酒店環境整潔舒適，前台小姐姐服務熱情周到，從辦理入住到離店都讓人感到賓至如歸。房間佈置得很温馨，床品柔軟乾淨，隔音效果也很好，一覺睡到自然醒～

節後温泉人比較少，空氣清新泡着很舒服解壓。夏天來周邊玩的地方應該更多。前台解決問題的速度比較慢，最後經理出麪給到一個解決方案。總體還是不錯的，房間和早餐都還可以，下次還來再住。

使用攜程訂房這麼多年來最不愉快的一次體驗！
在訂房的時候看見有特價房就選擇了這個，在選擇日期的入住時候要加50塊錢，説是週末那沒問題加吧！其實加完價以後和正價房就衹差幾十塊錢！
我們車到達酒店入口的時候説要停停車場有擺渡車，又把車駛回停車場坐擺渡車到他們的前台。到了前台以後又説我們的房間是在西區，又坐擺渡車到停車場，自己開車5公里到西區。
到了西區（黑漆漆的）費了很多力氣才找到他們的前台，小姐姐辦好入住以後帶我們去房間（很疑惑，以前住了那麼多酒店都是自己去房間，這邊要小姐姐帶可以想一想路況有多複雜。）可是小姐姐她自己也走不通，路上有在施工的（應該是在掏下水道臭氣熏天）有搭建年會的，沒辦法，她自己都放棄了，又聯繫東區，叫我們到那邊去住，我們又自己開車5公里去往東區停車場，停好車又坐擺渡車到前台，等辦好入住以後已經是折騰了一個半小時。
沒錯，我們是訂的特價房出多少錢住什麼樣的房間，我沒有意見。但是你們可不可以提前做好準備，畢竟有客人訂了你們的房間，你們還是五星級酒店你們的小姐姐帶我們去房間居然他自己都走不通，而且當時有多臭你們可以看一下監控有多亂！
到了東區以後，最便宜的房型已經沒有了然後我們升級了一個高級大床房，你們前台小姐姐自己説的，你們同類型的房間已經沒有了，給你升級😅
新的房間其實挺大，挺不錯的，床品是羽絨的也舒服，但是你們這樣的操作已經把我們出來玩的興趣消磨的一乾二淨。
不知道你們對特價房的銷售是不是特別的不樂意，竟然不願意那就不要做特價呀，做不起活動就不要做！
圖一就是他們西區所謂的別墅區的前台。堪比幾十塊錢的酒店。

住完酒店，乳腺都要增生！！！
1.安排擺渡車，但是完全沒有任何服務，沒有任何一個人做接待，幫你拿行李，沒有任何服務意識.如果行李很多的客人呢？度假酒店是給客人找麻煩的嗎
2.空調開了四個小時沒有製冷，叫人修了兩次，最後才願意換下空調濾芯.大堂經理還一臉無辜的看着我們説不冷？幽默.
3.馬桶甚至擦不乾淨 有非常多膠印，除膠劑買不到嗎？需要自己打掃馬桶的酒店 幽默
4.前台聽不懂人話，叫個杯子需要重複四次，還要再次打電話到房間重新確認我們需要什麼，説他沒記住，在幹嘛呢，你們才是在度假是吧？
5.東西非常老化，招待所的吹風機嗎
6.在大堂吃東西，被制止，説大堂不能吃東西？？？那公區是用來幹嘛呢？客人想要在公區吃東西又應該去哪裡呢？？哪裡寫了不能吃東西呢，衹看到了禁止吸煙的標誌哈
7.退房後想要兩個勺子用一下，説需要我們自己去六樓拿一下，現在不是提供服務的時間…..

這家酒店汽車衹能停在指定停車場，坐擺渡車進去，裏面四面環山，空氣很好，國慶期間下午專門給小朋友們放的泡泡浴，温泉池裡有各種款式的游泳圈，酒店人少，風景好，小童樂園對於小朋友也是天堂。
