I don’t even know where to start!
Front desk staff - service is 9/10 Friendly and cheerful. The night manager (forgot to take his name) was very prompt with service and understood customer service. I asked for an ice bucket. Front desk agent said they don’t have without checking but the manager said he’ll organize asap and he did. Thank you. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
F&B staff- 100/10 amazing service. Chinese breakfast with a bit of Japanese but there is a wide selection of!!! So many things to choose from. The chefs also had great recommendations. A job well done each morning. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Housekeeping staff- this is where all my problems were. 😭😢😭
Pic 1-2 : I came back at 8pm to my room looking like that. No tissue, bed not made. I first thought they forgot my room by mistake but then I saw they did come in because they replenished the water and gave me new slippers.
Pic 3-4: 3rd day, beds not made again, and trashcan left in front of the toilet like that with no trash bag!
Again, water was refilled and even towels changed.
What’s worse is that morning I had personally gone to the staff and asked them to kindly tidy the room up and showed them pics from previous day. I also went to reception to ask the same. Imagine coming back from a full day out to that!!! 😡😡😡
When I called one housekeeper to show them, they didn’t see what the problem was with the beds. I had to verbally say “the beds are NOT made!”
I asked for an an iron for clothes and they said they don’t have. Such a big hotel that hosts conferences doesn’t have laundry service? That’s ridiculous!!!
I feel like I wasted my money paying for 3nights. 😢😢😢 Made my visit to Weihai not that enjoyable.
