THE HANGING OUT AREAS: - Large family room with a 65" smart ROKU TV, with seating for 14+ adults on couches and additional seating on sofa table console. - Screened-in patio with seats for the entire family, also equipped with a smart ROKU TV. From here you can enjoy the serenity of nature without the threat of insects and bugs. - Outside area features a garden and a large area with a hanging egg chair, 8 adirondack chairs, and a firepit, plus additional seating at stone bench. - Playroom indoor has a full size tournament sized Ping Pong table.
